This wonderful and spacious home is just a 5-minute walk to Old Silver Beach. It has 4 bedrooms and a loft that has 2 additional beds. There is also a large family room with a wood stove and Foozeball Table. This house has all the amenities: washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, 2-TV's, VCR,DVD player Cable TV and 2 phones for local calls. A cleaning service is provided. There is a large wrap-around deck for outdoor entertaining. After you come back from the beach, use the outdoor shower and fire up the Weber Grill. All you need to bring is your beach towel and the desire to have a great time at the Best Beach on the Cape!! NEW FLOORING INSTALLED THIS WINTER! WiFi Internet Access provided.

We have rented Mike's place for the past 4 years, We have been coming to falmouth for over 10 years for the Falmouth Road Race. Since we rented Mike's place 4 years ago we have never thought of renting another place.
The house is a great place for entertaining with the large wrap around deck and gas grill.
The loft is a great place for the unexpected Guest who want to stay over night for another fun filled day at Old Silver Beach.

We have rented this great place for the past 5 years. It is the perfect house for entertaining and the extended family. It is a very quite street with little of no traffic.
Old Silver Beach is the perfect beach for kids and only a short walk from the house.
We cant wait to come back agin this year.
