I celebrated my 60th birthday at the Grafton with my siblings, children, nieces and nephews. We all had a wonderful experience. The house couldn't have been lovelier: warm, homey, comfortable and nicely decorated with attention to even the smallest detail. We arrived to a spotlessly clean "home away from home" for a week. The pictures on the web-site don't do justice to the reality. The views were spectacular. It's a great environment for extended families to come together. Dealing with the owners was a pleasure (we had scores of questions during the planning process, and they were most patient!) We are hoping to return for my husband's 65th next summer."

This great property more than met our expectations and was a superb site for our large family vacation ! We had 20 people, and the common areas - - porch, living room, and dining room fit our group well. The house is directly across the street from Falmouth Heights beach. The views are spectacular and the location was exceptionally convenient. The fact that each bedroom had it's own bathroom was a huge plus for us and the house was well maintained. The owners that took our reservation were very helpful and provided us with answers to all our questions. Margaret who checked our group in was informative and very nice. We will definately come back !!"

"This was a great venue for our family "reunion vacation". The water views and beach access are really exceptional - - WOW !!! The front porch was a wonderful family gathering spot and there were plenty of other areas in the house where we could get together. Each of the bedrooms having its own bathroom was a huge plus for our multi-generational group. Proximity to shopping, the bike path, the park and lots of off-street parking added to the convenience. A great value for our large group. We plan on another trip back soon."
