Recently renovated, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach house is the perfect escape - featuring all of the Cape charm vacationers are looking for including many amenities to make your stay comfortable and easy. Take a stroll on the quiet street to enjoy breathtaking views of Allen Harbor and Wah Wah Taysee beach - and enjoy the family-friendly beach access. Or take walks into town along sidewalks to enjoy restaurants and shopping.

All bedrooms are located on the second floor - One queen and three bedrooms with two twins each offering versatility in sleeping arrangements. Main bathroom upstairs, with second full bath downstairs along with laundry area.

On the main living area is a wonderful great room with a Panasonic wall mounted plasma and DVD area, built-in book shelves featuring a wide selection of books, Cape Cod guides and games and a wood burning fireplace for cozy spring and fall evenings. Families will find plenty of space for family gatherings on two sofas, can seek relaxation in an oversized chair with a good book or can gather around for a game at the card table and chairs area.

The main level also features a warm and inviting dining room with seating for 8, and a bright, airy updated kitchen with state of the art appliances.

Find time to curl up with a good book, or set up a movie for the kids in the den, featuring a pullout couch (queen sleeper sofa), TV and VCR, built in book shelves and desk with computer access (wireless Internet throughout the house).

Our kitchen is turnkey -- stocked with everything you need to prepare wonderful meals and is a warm, inviting space with open access to the main floor living. A second bathroom and tiled laundry are also on the first floor.

The house has newly refinished hardwood fur and pine floors throughout.

The outdoor area is perfect to lazy days - ample seating, patio, weber grill, and big lawn area are perfect for family gatherings. Also included are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogey boards and toys for perfect beach days.

The Village of Harwichport is just under a ten minute walk - with convenient access to many wonderful restaurants and shops. The home is also very close by some family vacation fun hot spots such as mini golf, trampolines, batting cages, bumper boars, go-carts, the Cape Cod Rail Trail-bike path, & Freedom Cruise Line High-Speed Nantucket Ferry.

We require a signed Rental Agreement and 50% deposit to secure your reservation.
