Took my extended family on a trip, staying at Jeff's house. I really have nothing but positive things to say, contact with owner splendid and everything described about the house fits; if anything, the house is better than described. It is old fashioned looking with a warm feeling to it, yet AC working fine. It is ideally located, close to the beach and a few restaurants. It was clean and no problems with anything. If I ever take my family again to this area, I will definitely try to stay at this place again.

My family had a reunion and celebrated our parent's 60th wedding anniversary at the Lang's home in Harwich Port. It was fabulous. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was located in the perfect spot to travel up and down the Cape or go across the street to the beach. We would highly recommend this home and its accommodating hosts to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!

"This house worked out great for our group of 9. The house was clean, nicely furnished and much bigger than we expected. The bedrooms have plenty of room, comfortable beds, the family room (not pictured) was perfect with two big couches, a big TV and table/chairs for board games. The kitchen had lots of room for all the cooks and had everything we needed. The property is in a perfect location on a nice quiet side street. We could easily walk to town, but did drive to Bank Street beach as it would have been a long walk for the younger kids. The owner Jeff Lang was very accomadating and easy to work with. We would certainly recommend this rental house to others and would stay there again. One item that might be nice would be a larger frig in the house. Due to the high humidity, the frig never got really cold. Suggestions for other vacationers: Watch out for step down in formal living room and do plug in the lights that light the step; outdoor shower is great; check out the basements "speak-easy"; George's Pizza; George's Seafood; get a beach pass and park car with beach gear at Bank St beach early (before 10am) to secure a parking spot, later walk or bike to beach without worry of getting a parking space; the house had for use several beach chairs, a few coolers and 3 bikes; go for 'melt-aways' during the week--less crowded Hope this helps!!
