Our 3rd year was a delightful stay and a month (which is what we stay) isn't enough. Our children enjoyed the pond every which way and we couldn't be happier. Our son learned to sail on the pond and at the age of 8. This year he did a solo sail right here! (with Dad following close behind on the paddleboat!) We spent the whole year looking forward to next summer! Thank-you so much for sharing the Beach House with us. Best, The Rapps

We have been coming to the Cape for years and this has by far been our best vacation here yet! Due to no small part to this amazing house and property. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt at home. When we saw the resort - like backyard, I knew we were in for an awesome week! I cannot tell you how much fun the boys had playing in the pond, digging in the sand, taking the paddleboat out, and jumping off the dock. Our excursions around the Cape were so much fun, but it was always nice to return to this oasis!! We look forward to returning to the Beach House next year, and making it a yearly tradition going forward. Thank-you for everything!!!

Our 5th year at the Beach House another wonderful time! Several friends were down to visit with the beautiful weather. We brought a Kayak this year which was perfect on the pond. We rented a paddleboard for Becca who really enjoyed it and was quite adept at it right away. Fishing several times catching sunfish, perch, & a good small mouth bass. Out on the paddleboat and row boats with Becca's friends and a water balloon fight. A trip to Coast Guard beach & Chatham A's game, some shopping at the Brewater General Store and Lemon Tree. Kate's Ice Cream, movies in Chatham (Inside Out verygood for all ages even though animated) Read books & definitely relaxed like usual. (That's the Best Part). Thank-you for another great vacation!! After a 19 hour trip from Indiana, the family was zapped. The Beach House was a wonderful surprise. This is the kind of house & waterfront I want my husband to retire to. It was great not having to supply all the great appliances. I'm a coffee drinker and kept the pot hot. The time with my 15 year old grandson in the boats will be a great memory and my 9 year old granddaughter had fun. We hope to come again as my son lives in Boston. Thanks fro making it comfortable. Hi from the MacLeod's, here again at the Beach House. The Beach House is the best time ever, it gives a reason for my brother to come up from Florida. The daily weather has been great and had some heavy rain at night. Staying more at the house this year than running around seeing the Cape.

We really enjoyed our week at the Beach House. We are from Halifax, Nova Scotia and have been visiting the Cape and Nantucket for 7 years. This house has to be one of the best stocked and maintained rental we've ever had. The owners have thought of everything. We appreciate that.
There was so much to enjoy. We loved the beach, the paddle boards, we swam and kayaked. We brought our stand up paddle board. The lake is calm and perfect for sup. We fished. We ran and biked and roller bladed on the Cape Cod Rail Trail everyday. It is a beautiful location and would come back again. Thank-you for thinking of and providing all the comforts of home. My kids loved the board games. It was a lovely week.

Third year renting your lovely house - thank-you! Another perfect week on Seymour Pond! It is so nice to have everything provided so we don't have to run to Stop & Shop and fight Saturday crowds for basics. Your home is so nice and has given us memories with our children. Lots of swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding, and running on the bike path at the end of the street. Perfect! Thank-you again!

Our 4th year for our family and it was terrific as usual. Fishing, swimming, relaxing on the beach were the best. The kids had friends during different times during the week. Ate dinner at Ocean Edge and Mahoney Pub in Orleans, 2 Cape Cod Baseball League games, trip to Chatham for shopping & walking. Another friend down for the day for the best beach day. Tom & Mark golfing and also fishing at Schoolhouse Pond. Many great mornings of breakfast looking over the water. We always relax so much when we are down here and have great times with family & friends.

Another wonderful vacation in your lovely home! We have been renting at the Cape for 20+ years and your house is by far our favorite!! The pond, the house, the location, the amazing washer/dryer - all add up to perfection. Traveling with 4 kids is not always easy but your house is so fully stocked with games and puzzles and pond toys, they were angels! Thank-you - hope to see you next year!! Maybe 2 weeks.

It was so much fun. Thank-you for letting me come down to stay here. I miss all my ducks, Doodle (with the broken leg - especially) plus the Fab4 geese. Looking forward to coming back.

How fast the week goes when you have such a good time. This year was low key. My brother came up from Florida again and enjoys his fishing time. Rob enjoying the sun. Beginning of the week took a ride along the National Sea Shore, with plan to go to Beachcomber. This year was stopped by a young man, could not get parking had to go back and park at White Chest Beach for $20.00. Then walked the beach back to eat. After walking up the dunes and looking back into the sea you could see the seals having fun in the water. Did one day ocean kayaking out of Orleans, took 4 hours. Going out was fun and stopped for picnic lunch, then headed back, the wind was so strong took a long time getting back and arms been like mush, but still a good time. Another day, took bike ride along the Cape Cod Rail Trail, have done every year, out this year was my first fall, lucky fell on dirt and not pavement, just got scraped. The best night out was dinner at the Rock Harbor Grill in Orleans. As usual, the "Beach House" was a wonderful stay.

Wow!! 10 years at the Beach House - who can believe? We love playing in the pond, games of mutiny & paddle boats. We enjoy the breakfast on the dock with the ducks at our feet. We love the view of the pond & twinkling sound of the flagpole during the day. How much fun is the bumpy road - up & down taking us back & forth to the fun of the Cape & the Beach House! We have seen our children (3) grow & love the coming back to the Beach House year after year. The laughter, smiles, pond, toads, sand, floats are all part of our Cape adventure. We look forward to more fun at the Cape, Harwich, our family time & the Beach House memories & joy that will stay with us forever. Oh and this year, the big dipper so great, fun, & love!!

I had a blast at the Beach House with my boyfriend and his family! We got to go to the Heritage Museum & Gardens in Sandwich, saw a movie, walked the White Cedar Swamp Trail & Marconi site in Wellfleet, had a lovely picnic. Went kayaking, paddle boats, went on a dune tour in Provincetown - Arts Dune Tours. It was great! Saw some great fireworks across the lake, great food and drinks were enjoyed by all!! We had fun playing mini golf. My boyfriend won! His is a golf pro!! Haha!! We played Clue, my smart boyfriend won that too! All and all I had a wonderful week bonding with my boyfriend. The campfire was fun on the beach. We will be sad to leave. Looking forward to coming back!! P.S. We were on T.V., we went to the Fox 25 Zip trip to Harwich!!

Thank-you again for a wonderful vacation, with this year on of the wet ones, we only had one bad day! Saw some changes with tree taken down the far side of the beach, the house on the hill now has a better view of the lake. Had a friend come over from M.V. picked him up at Woods Hole to take a bike ride on the rail trail. All had a good time. The fisherman of the family caught 4 good size fish. He cooked them made a good seafood dip. The fisherman was my brother again a surprise he came up from Florida to enjoy the cape. Didn't go on as many outside trips to other places, but we did check out Nauset Beach, saw some beautiful homes. What a surprise, my favorite Ardeo has closed, but the Breakwater Fish was good as ever. They now a have a clam bake, but skip, hope someone tries it out lets us know if any good. Thank-you again for one of the best weeks in the year for me. Looking forward for next year!!

WHAT?!?! Nine years at the Beach house - how can that be? This was a special year too - two glorious weeks & visitors from P&B and E&S! The first week we enjoyed the pond, playing mucus/mutiny & laughing. Poppa looked down at his feet in the pond before splashing in we thought he was meditating - so cute. Boy we love having breakfast on the dock and splashing in the pond.Week two - The Crandall 5 - we love the view, the misty sunrise, our crazy bumpy road - driving on Punkhorn from Brewster - bike riding, nature walks, snakes, toads, Sundae School, onion rings, boogie boarding, bumper/water boats, lunch on the deck, grilling this year, farmer's market, Skaket, Nauset, Chatham, pirates, hot dogs, tons of mini golf, batting cages, Sesuit, trampolines, jet ski, finding shells, paddle boating, America's Got Talent, Nauset Beach, Wellfleet Drive-In movie in Wellfleet. The great farmer's market with pigs in Wellfleet - Wow!!! so much fun at the Beach house and all of Cape Cod!! See you next year! Beach House & Crandall's 10 years Wow, wow, wow...

This is our fourth years here and we just love it. We spent a lot of our time in the water swimming, paddleboating, sailing & kayaking. A lot of board games were played as well--one of our favorite vacation pastimes to do with the grandparents and grandchildren together. We did all our favorite things of course, riding our bikes on the rail trail, visiting the farm stand, and going to Brewster Scoop for ice cream. We look forward to our Harwich vacation aging next year!! P.S. This is at least the third (maybe the fourth) time the tooth fairy has made a visit while at the "Beach House". Also, the new inflatable waterpark in Yarmouth was a BIG HIT!!

We had a wonderful time this week and are sad to have to go. I remember walking through the inviting foyer and getting our first look at the pond and thinking, "Wow!" We thought we would make a number of daytrips to Brewer bay beaches, but we only spent one day away from the cottage (Skaket Beach in Orleans and shops in Chatham). The warm water and picturesque setting kept us here the rest of the week. My 4 year old daughter, Riley, spend days splashing in the water, or riding the paddleboat, or being tugged around in the raft. It was quite the task to get her out of the water. My 2 year old son, Cooper, loved the water almost as much, but split his time playing trucks in the white sand. The foot wash and the outdoor shower were great to get cleaned up before heading in.
It was a bittersweet moment last night (our last) standing on the edge of the dock and watching the sunset while the fish chased waterbugs across the surface of the water and my wife prepared our lobster dinners inside. We hope to come back very soon!

Weather for most part was nice, one night had a great show. Had waves like the ocean and lighting has us jumping..did not last long! Spent days at the beach and trips out each night for bumper cars, mini golf, and Yarmouth ice cream..best ever! We could not have asked for a better vacation!!!

This is our 7th year at the Beach House. As always, the house was wonderful and we had a great time. We repeated many favorites - sailing and kayaking on the pond; cookouts and floating on the tubes in the pond; paddle boating; boggie boarding at Nauset and Coast Guard Beaches; biking the Cape Cod Rail Trail; a beach day at the Brewster beaches; and visits to Chatham. A new activity for us this year was jet-skiiing in South Yarmouth.

This was our 15th year vacationing as a family with our 16 year old twins here on the Cape. We have a lot of great memories of Cape Cod and the Beach House!!!

Thank you!!

This was our 3rd year at the Beach House and it was as fun as ever. We really enjoyed the water - we brought kayaks and a sail boat in addition to the paddle boat and row boat you have. We spent a lot of time in the water. We had the grandparents here again for the week...so this has become our annual multi-generational family vacation.

We went on the Monomoy Island Seal Tour - it was great!! We did the bike ride to Coast Guard Beach from the Visitor Center in Eastham.

Our favorite treat was the fresh corn on the cob from Satucket Farms farmstand in Brewster right down the road on 124 and a little further down the road we had some delicious homemade ice cream from the Brewster Scoop.

Thanks for another great year - we made a lot of wonderful memories here and will return next year.

Thank you!!

"A" class place & we had a wonderful week!!! Thank you for such a wonderful week!!! Your place is truely beautiful. The weather was perfect. Plenty of swimming & sunbathing and relaxing on the beach. Some fishing; the biggest perch I have ever seen. Used the floats, paddle boat & brought our own canoe for many rides. Our daughter & her friend went parasailing in Dennis. I went on the boat ride, went to one baseball game in Harwich, went to Kates Ice Cream & miniature golfing. Our son fished at School House Pond one afternoon with some bass success. We couldn't have asked for a better week.

Hope we didn't use up all the good weather, no rain at all and the nights were just right. The paddle boat was a big hit with the girls. The girls tried fishing but no luck. We went to Ardeo's in Brewster for my birthday and had a great meal. Also bought dinner one night from Breakwater Fish and Lobster it was outstanding.
