Gorgeous 4 BR Home with Pool Near All

The house was great for our family of 8 (5 Adults and 3 children) for our week vacation in July of 2018 The house had plenty of room for all of us. The house is located on route 28, but is off the road and has plenty of trees and shrubs that provides privacy and deafens the noise. Actually a great location, as it seemed to be in the middle of everything we wanted to do! Plenty of places to relax indoors and outdoors. Kids could be playing games in one room, someone reading a book in another, and finally someone making a puzzle in another. The house is old and has a ton of character, but plenty of upgrades to the house also make it really great and modern. The kitchen was a great space to prepare meals, the new outdoor shower was great coming back from the beach. The pool area was fantastic! It is a large gated inground pool area, with a large new gazebo, provided plenty of room to relax in the pool, in the sun or the shade of the gazebo and still enjoy each other's company. Great home -lot's of amenities!
We loved the charm and felt so comfortable in this lovely Cape Cod home! Plenty of room for our larger group- 5 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs. We liked being centrally located in West Harwich. The yard was terrific and the pool made our week even better for our group! We would definitely come back again!!

This is truly a wonderful home. We were 4 adults and 2 teens and didn't ever feel like we were in each other's space. It is centrally located for easy access to the beach and shopping areas. Every room is spacious and the large dining and living rooms are great places to hang out. The fire pit in the large back yard was used most every night. Erika was very responsive to our questions. Thanks again for everything!

Perfect Vacation House
We had a great time at Erika's house. As this was our first time in Cape Cod, we were out most of the time but coming back to the house, always felt like coming back to home. The house is simply beautiful and the way Erika has maintained it is just remarkable. Since our group had 2 one year olds, place with kitchen was necessity and the kitchen in this house is fully loaded and beautiful. The living room, all the 4 bedrooms (2AC & 2 non AC), two huge yards with hammock and chairs. All very nicely decorated. You just cannot go wrong with this house. Centrally located for going east or west destinations within cape cod. Lots of nice joints to eat at a short drive. It's the perfect place. Right from the time of booking Erika was always responsive and also gave us information about the area. Although we did not meet her personally but I can safely assume she is a very nice person. She left us a bottle of wine for our welcome. (Now how can someone who welcomes with wine be a bad person ;) ) Only thing I could probably suggest would be to have towels provided. Although she informed us before hand to get the towles but it's not a big deal but just a little inconvenient especially when you have to leave and wait for them to dry. Nonetheless that doesnt take away anything from this place and we will come back again and definitely recommend to friends. show more show less

Great house!

We spent a night at this location and wished we had spent more time. The house is gorgeous and the lawns are amazing. There is plenty of outside dining space, hammocks etc. It's also very close to the center of the town. Erika was a great host and was very responsive. I will absolutely come here again!
