This is a lovely 10 room home built in the 1940s and recently renovated and updated. It sits on 3/4 acre just 3 houses from Nantucket Sound where a private beach is available to you. There is also a river nearby and dock facility available. The home has maintained its original charm of lovely moldings and wainscotting, along with 2 fireplaces, and a large expansive deck with adirondack chairs. Downstairs has a modern kitchen with table seating for 10, a large beautiful dining room, a TV room with cable TV and a VCR, a gorgeous living room with exquisite detail in the woodwork, a front sun room to watch the sun go down and a large front entry room to receive guests. Upstairs are 4 large bedrooms - each with their own bath (master bath completely redone in 2010 - beautiful). The master has a large king size bed, another has a queen, the back room has a double bed and twin sleeper and back room for children has 2 sets of twin beds and a pull out trundle.
