"We had the most wonderful summer vacation at this home. From the minute we walked in the door, it was even more beautiful than in the photo's. The house was super clean & very well maintained. The backyard was so big, the kids loved it. We had several wiffle ball tournaments.... We enjoyed cocktails & dinner on the deck many evenings. My personal favorite was the outdoor shower! It was wonderful to be able to walk back & forth from the house to the beach it was so close. Sean was more than accommadating,the house had everything we needed & more for a perfect Cape Cod vacation!"

"From the beginning, this was an excellent experience. Our party, 4 adults and two children under 3 were looking for a first time Cape rental feeling our way through the process. Sean was responsive, easy going and put up with our many questions. We were very excited for our trip. But we could not have been prepared for what we found. We were glad to see that it was as well-kept and homey as it appeared, but, in truth, the house was even better than advertised. Sean does not do it justice. It was actually close enough to the beach that you could run back to the house if you forgot something, and it had a HUGE backyard, which was just perfect for two kids to run around in. I don't even think the backyard was mentioned in the ad. The location was perfect for exploring other areas of the Cape, as well as Harwich Port haunts. Coming from NYC, my only complaint was the Red Sox paraphernalia, but I suppose that's kind of hard to escape on Cape Cod. We needed something a little larger this year, but otherwise, we would have been back."
