Bedroom 4 is like an in-law suite over the garage, and has its own separate entrance, full bathroom, sitting deck, and galley kitchenette. Bedroom 5 is best-suited for the kids, as it is set up with bunk beds and ''walks-thru'' from Bedroom 3 and/or from the in-law suite (Bedroom 4)
We are three families who rented. All work for MIT and are originally from India, so did not know much about Cape Cod. Mr. Lyon was very valuable for providing us directions, restaurants, and good day trips, such as nantucket. The house is beautiful and large rooms. It was very good and we will recommend and return. My family and I had a fabulous week at 484 Craigville Beach Road! The house was perfectly suited to the needs of everyone in our party, from age 4 to 65. I can't remember the last time we all got together and there was no line for the bathroom! Mr. Lyon greeted us with a helpful overview of the property and local amenities, and when we raised the issue of the water pressure (mentioned in an earlier review) he addressed it immediately (crediting his mechanically inclined wife with the speedy repair). Everything was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a huge plus. The house was perfectly situated, moreover, a short walk to beautiful Craigville Beach and the quaint village of Centerville and a quick drive to Main Street, Hyannis. We would certainly recommend, but only after booking our return trip!

We had four families staying at this home and we can't say enough what a wonderful time we had. The house was perfect for us - very spacious and clean, and having four full bathrooms was definitely a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The owner was so helpful when we checked in and gave us advice on where to go and what to see. We loved being close to town and close to the beach, yet we felt we had plenty of privacy at the same time. We would definitely stay here again, it was one of the best vacations we have ever had!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at the house. Plenty of room for our extended family to spread out. Very nice and open kitchen, dining and family room - perfect for big dinners and evening activities. Great deck with a BBQ. Extremely clean. About a 10 minute walk to a great beach - Coville's Beach - with Craigville Beach just another five minutes beyond that. Overall, a nice location and a great owner.
