We had a wonderful vacation in Ed's house. The house is close to all services and is perfect for a family.

There were 12 of us that rented this beautiful stay ! What a cape cod feel we had throughout the week .. lots of room and loaded with everything we needed ! Kitchen had ample space to cook and the dining room was a great place to gather for all our meals … relaxing on the couch in the evening was a treat as well . We utilized the fenced in yard as well as the fire pit , very relaxing … can't wait to visit again!

Ed's home provided an excellent home base for our cape vacation. We appreciated it's convenient location, central air and clear communications with the host. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a stay on the cape.

What was supposed to be a small family getaway turned out to be a 3 generation 9 person vacation. This house was absolutely perfect. Each of the 4 bedrooms had ample space and extra linens. Outdoor space was clean with plenty of room on the grill. The dining room was awesome to be able seat everyone at dinner. Kitchen was large and equipped enough to prepare meals. Location couldn't have been better. 5 minute walk to Main Street and you are where all the action is. We had a 5 year old and I don't think we traveled more than 10 miles the whole week because it was so centrally located.

Everyone in our trip expressed how much they loved staying at the house and how many great memories we shared. Thanks Ed for the opportunity to stay at your home.

We can't say enough about Ed and the house he rented to us. First of all the price was more than fair. Second, as this was our family's 4th rental home at the Cape, we found it to be spacious and well furnished accommodating adults and kids needs.

Hyannis is a great place to stay with lots of shopping and restaurants and close to nice beaches. It was exactly as promised and Ed was as accommodating as he could be.

We'd definitely rent there again.

We rented this home during the off season and it couldn't have been better! The house is comfy and spacious, and has everything you may need for your vacation. The location is perfect, an easy walk to Main Street Hyannis for dinner, drinks or shopping. If you want a beach, it's a short drive or a fun bike ride. Even the neighbors were super nice! Ed, the owner, is great and extremely accommodating. Looking forward to renting this house again!

This is the perfect place for anyone wanting to vacation is Hyannis. For people that want that 'home' feel, you have it. The house is in a nice neighborhood, it's spacious and 'homey' —with a cozy kitchen and big dining room and living room (with books and board games!)

Bedrooms are great, and comfortable as well. You can park your car and easily walk to tons of great restaurants, and shops (and of course beaches). But—with the beach pass that comes with the house that covers several Barnstable beaches—you may want to drive. For folks that want to explore, that is also very easy to do. You are in a location that is easily accessible to the main routes through the Cape. Ed, the owner is great to work with and provided a lot of tips on places to go. I easily recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay on the Cape.

The house had so much room! The location was amazing. Walking distance to Main Street and the Harbor. Ed was a gem. He was so helpful and easy to work with. He also provided us with a beach pass that we could use at several beaches! I would recommend this rental if you want to make so amazing family memories!

Our family got to stay at Ed's house in Hyannis for the month of July and had a great time!! The house is cozy and comfortable with four bedrooms and lots of beds. There is a fenced-in backyard with a good grill and a shed full of beach chairs and other vacation necessities. The location is awesome- we spent a ton of time walking the short distance to Main Street and the ferry docks, going to Hyannis Harborhawks games, and biking to the beach. The neighbors are friendly and helpful, and Ed is a gem- full of recommendations and very responsive with any issues. If you are looking for a Cape vacation with easy access to all that Hyannis has to offer, there is no place like Ed's! We are really looking forward to going back sometime soon!

Our family had the opportunity to rent Ed's house in mid-June. The house was as advertised. Had absolutely no complaints. Loved the Cape Cod house! The house is a PERFECT location to the beaches, restaurants, and ferries to both Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. We were able to walk everywhere. With that said, I would either ride a bike or drive to Kalmus Beach. The weather was absolutely gorgeous! On the cool side but it was so refreshing! I would highly recommend renting from Ed and visiting Hyannis. Kalmus Beach has a great snack area that offers a wide variety of foods -- sandwiches, hamburgers, shakes, fries, whole Lobster for $20!. Patio has a great view of the harbor.

Every restaurant we went to was awesome -- The Black Cat, Spanky's, Dockside and a brewery (can't remember name). Even watched a few innings of the baseball! Keyes Beach has a great view and you can see the Kennedy compound. Took the Hy-Line ferry to Martha's Vineyard. My adult daughter and I went on the historical tour. Would definitely recommend this tour and Gay Head (one of the stops) is beyond picturesque! Took the Steamship ferry to Nantucket. The cost is much cheaper than Hy-Line and even cheaper if you travel on Monday through Thursday. Both ships are great! Nantucket is a must see as well. One day our family went to Provincetown. Another great place to visit. In all, our family's vacation in Hyannis and staying at Ed's was a priceless. Again, I would highly recommend putting Cape Cod on your bucket list to visit. So while there, rent Ed's house! You will not be disappointed!! Thank you, Ed, for the memories!!

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Ed's home. It was spacious, clean, and was able to accommodate ten people. It was very convenient since Main Street was only a five minute walk away where we could shop and eat. Ed has a stock of board games that kept us entertained for late night hangouts. We had tons of fun! I would definitely recommend this vacation rental for anyone who wants a comfortable home that's close to many activities. :)

The property was recommended to my family and I from a friend. We weren't disappointed. Ed, the owner, is phenomenal to work with. Very responsive and accommodating. The house was very clean and spacious....including a fenced in back yard which was key for my 3 year old. Short walk to the harbor/ferry and a parking pass for 8 local beaches. AC in the bedrooms, wifi, washer/dryer, charcoal and propane grills...EVERYTHING YOU NEED, and then some!

This vacation property was perfect! The location was ideal, so close to everything. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There were 7 of us and we had more than enough room (7 adults with 3 boys in their early 20's). It was a quick walk to Main Street and the harbor so our boys were never board. The house had everything we needed to cook in for a couple of nights. This was one of the best family vacations we have had and are planning on returning next year. We would highly recommend this vacation rental. The owner was very gracious and provided great information on a deep sea charter and eateries. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This home accommodated all of my party's needs. With the location so close to the beach and downtown, it was incredibly easy for people of all ages and interests to have fun. It was a perfect way to begin our summer. Ed's hospitality was second-to-none. I would recommend this home to any and all!!

Our family that spans a few generations stayed at this lovely home over MLK weekend...what a TREAT! Where do I begin...ok the dining area is large and surrounded by windows yet it stayed cozy-warm and was very inviting for meals and also for crafts/card games. The living room with wood-burning fireplace was our home-base...again infused with lots of gorgeous natural light and not one bit drafty...the fireplace was wonderful and the furnishings VERY comfortable. The 4 bedrooms upstairs were comfortable, the bathrooms nice, the kitchen stocked, and the 3-4 zones of heating very responsive...again I can't say enough about how well insulated this home is compared to other Hyannis winter rentals we've experienced over the years. The location is quaint-residential yet a blissfully quick walk to downtown (3-5min walk to be exact). The owner was kind, informative, accessible; very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this rental and look forward to returning!

My family and I just returned from a week at Ed's property. We are a large family with a variety of ages (0-65!) and this house accommodated all of us. The house is clean, the kitchen has all needed amenities, and the neighborhood is great. The location is a bonus as it is quiet, but very close to downtown. Thanks to Ed for a wonderful place to call home for a week!

Our family and friends had a great time during this week. It's awesome that it is three blocks from downtown and the marina. The restaurants are great, there are a ton of beaches that you can go to. Family friendly! The house is very accommodating and has all the amenities. There are four full bedrooms with two full bathrooms, a washer and dryer. There is a shed full of bikes, beach chairs, lawn chairs, and two grills (charcoal and gas) charcoal, gas, and lighter fluid are provided. :) :) :) Can't wait to go back!! See you next year!

My family and friends have been coming to this house for years now and we absolutely love it. The location is great, the house is spacious and the owner is very accommodating and responsive to any issues. The amount of memories we've created in this house makes it almost like a 2nd home for us. It's a tremendous value for the Cape versus some other homes we've rented before finding this gem!

A BEAUTIFUL beach house in Hyannis, MA. Only a 4 minute walk to downtown and a 4 minute bike ride to the water, in a gorgeous neighborhood. It had everything you could think of: spacious, gorgeous well decorated bed rooms, and ample backyard for grilling, etc. We felt very comfortable living here, we felt at home by the evening! The renter is so courteous, even sending us an email while we were there on restaurants or activities close by! Great for a large family in need of an incredible vacation!

My wife and I rented this house for our Hyannis vacation with our children and grandchildren. The house was very well suited for our family of 10. The upper floor bedrooms were perfect for us and the main floor was extemely spacious. We loved that, in addition to the large living room, there was also a den which we used as well. We especially loved the sun room because it had a large dining table which seated all 10 of us comfortably together. The location of the house, just a few blocks from Main Street, made it possible for us to walk rather than having to use the cars when we went there. Communication between us and Ed, the owner, was always easy both by e-mail and by phone. Even before we rented the house, Ed described the house in detail for us and answered all of our questions promptly. He also provided us with detailed instructions about the house, and gave us maps of the area including restaurants, beach locations, special places of interest for the kids, etc. Even though the house was spacious, it was comfortable and cozy as well. After a day of sightseeing or being on the beach, returning to the house felt like we were coming "home." Thanks, Ed, for helping to make our Hyannis vacation a wonderful one. Lenny Z. N.Y.
