Great location in Hyannis, close to beaches, 5 minute walk to ''Heart of Hyannis'' Main Street and Hyannis Harbor.
A stroll downtown will invite you to dine on fresh seafood, steaks or Sushi, drink coffee, ride the carousel, shop antiques and enjoy the historic feel of downtown Hyannis. Walk 10 minutes in the other direction and greet the Hy-Line Ferry for a trip to the Islands or visit the Cape Cod Melody Tent for a concert. Walk 1 mile south and you will hear the surf, collect many shells and dig your toes in the sand at Keyes Beach. And in the summer months, a 3-minute walk to see the best of the college kids Hyannis Mets play at home, the infamous Cape Cod Baseball League.
After walking through town, come home and relax with lunch in the sunroom, a ball game on the high definition TV, WI-FI internet access or a drink on the back deck in this spacious private back yard, part of which is fenced in.

With 4 bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs, the main floor of this home offers a large living room with classic fireplace, High-Def bigscreen TV, large sunroom for dining, Wi-Fi Internet, Den with cable TV and futon and a bright kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout for your beachmode bare feet. 2 Full bathrooms in this lovely home. Added in Spring 2011 is a Whole-House-Fan which draws that cool evening outside air through the entire house. Two of the bedrooms have window AC units if needed.
For the family who loves to walk, explore and eat - this is the perfect location. On a quiet street, this home provides both privacy as well as being within 5 minutes walk to the ''pulse'' of Cape Cod, Hyannis and it's Main Street attractions. And within a ten-minute drive, you will discover other quaint Cape Cod towns such as Osterville and Yarmouth, several other ocean beaches and dozens of restaurants, and shop the Cape Cod Mall or go to a movie. Walk to a nice dinner and walk afterwards to catch a concert at the Cape Cod Melody Tent.
Waiting for you in the backyard shed are some bicycles, fishing poles,and a gas BBQ grill and a charcoal grill too. Grill hamburgers or swordfish and enjoy your summer meal on the two picnic tables in the privacy of the fenced backyard.
This rental also includes a seasonal beach pass for Barnstable beaches, saves you parking fees for one car.

My wife and I rented this house for our Hyannis vacation with our children and grandchildren. The house was very well suited for our family of 10. The upper floor bedrooms were perfect for us and the main floor was extemely spacious. We loved that, in addition to the large living room, there was also a den which we used as well. We especially loved the sun room because it had a large dining table which seated all 10 of us comfortably together. The location of the house, just a few blocks from Main Street, made it possible for us to walk rather than having to use the cars when we went there. Communication between us and Ed, the owner, was always easy both by e-mail and by phone. Even before we rented the house, Ed described the house in detail for us and answered all of our questions promptly. He also provided us with detailed instructions about the house, and gave us maps of the area including restaurants, beach locations, special places of interest for the kids, etc. Even though the house was spacious, it was comfortable and cozy as well. After a day of sightseeing or being on the beach, returning to the house felt like we were coming "home." Thanks, Ed, for helping to make our Hyannis vacation a wonderful one. Lenny Z. N.Y.
