We were in town for a Hyannis wedding and we were lucky enough to stay at this rental. It was perfect for our group of 7 people and very clean throughout the entire property. The house was equipped with everything we needed for getting ready for our events and also for brunch the next day for the group. It was only a 5 minute drive to Craigville Beach.

We personally appreciated the air conditioning (can be hard to find at some Cape houses ), the outdoor shower, and that it was well equipped with plenty of chairs and coolers for the beach. Communication with the hosts was punctual and easy!

We would recommend this rental to our closest family and friends.

We stayed at Pat and Diane's house for two weeks as one huge multi-age family. We came from New York, Boston, and San Francisco, with kids as young as 5 and as old as 14. The house is fantastically comfortable, situated on a quiet street with beautiful front and back gardens. Inside we slept on new comfortable beds with nice linens, with lots of storage space in every room, while outside kids enjoyed la ton of beach and yard toys. On the beach, adults had the use of comfortable yet light beach chairs, while the kids used boogie boards from the shed to catch waves. Having the beach pass was fantastic, and made our mornings so much easier!

I have to especially mention the house kitchen -- it had everything. Sufficient dishes; a spacious fridge, all the utensils one might need, space! Just great great setup. We cooked daily, and it was easy and fun. One night we celebrated my daughter's birthday on a fairy-lights lit porch, and it was magical.

What else? It was just comfortable and spacious and easy. We loved it.

We had a great stay at Diane and Pats house in Hyannis! We had two adults and two kids under 5. We had plenty of sleeping space for everyone and plenty of space to move around in the living room and additional living room. The house is very clean and nicely decorated with cute beachy decorations. I thought they had a lot of nice touches with the beach chairs, the kids beach toys, boogie boards, and all types of toiletries in the indoor and outdoor showers that you often don't see at other houses. I found it very thoughtful they had the big bureau in the additional living room full of books, games, etc. The kids were excited by the games and books and toys. Great tv channel options as well for kids and adults alike. Kalmus is a great beach with barely any waves for little kids. Also visited Covell Beach as well which has a bit more waves and easy access. Tugboats was a great restaurant on the marina. Homeowners were very responsive with any questions or concerns we had. We had a great stay!

We've loved staying here for our summer vacation with two young kids. The house is spacious (great to have two living rooms!) and always clean and filled with the amenities we need. The backyard along with screened-in porch and deck are great for relaxing outside.

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. It's a very short drive to Craigville Beach. We also love driving north up to bay side beaches like Corporation Beach and Mayflower Beach, which are only about 20-30 minutes away.

Lots of great restaurants, ice cream shops, and breweries in the area. We highly recommend!

First off, the communication with Patrick and Diane was on point, not only prior to booking, but they went above and beyond to provide information about the home and things to do in the area. Fabulous amount of information.

The home is IMMACULATE!! We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the property, upon entry to the home, I made it a point to thank them. Everything in the house is as stated, everything clean and airy, the air conditioner worked great, the yard had enough room to play yard games, there are ample coolers and chairs for the beach and aside from the gas grill (which was also immaculate) there's a small camping size charcoal grill in the shed which we utilized.

The extra family room was great for the kids and with 6 of us in the home, there was plenty of room to get away from one another when needed. The screened in porch in the back was great, we had our coffee and dinners there usually. Look out for the turkeys!! We had 17 in the yard one morning and it was fun to watch them!

The hosts are true pros and it shows.

We spent a week at this home and it exceeded our expectations. Two family rooms, a screened in porch, and private back yard provided parents and kids room to spread out. It was very clean and we'll appointed. The short 2 mile drive to Craigville Beach was convenient. Highly recommended.

Spent two winter months here. We found the house very comfortable and very clean. The place is nicely furnished, well-equipped, and most of all the location is great. While tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, the house is really mere minutes away from stores and the main routes to all shopping and entertainment.

Since we we there over winter, we didn't get to fully appreciate all aspects. But we can imagine the rear screened room is a huge boon in season, along with the provided beach equipment. Indeed, there's a ton of stuff provided (kitchen inventory, puzzles and games, hairdryer and iron) and we kept discovering new items as weeks went by. The homeowners have thought of just about everything, and all is in good working order. This felt like a real home, without the usual overdone decorating style screaming BEACH!!! No need for that with the real thing just down the street...

We enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.

I had the pleasure of staying in the property for several months while working as a traveling physical therapist at the hospital in Hyannis. It is located perfectly in a nice, quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the summer crowds, but it is close enough to Hyannis, Mashpee, Sandwich, and the ferries to the islands that you can be in the heart of it all in minutes!! The owners were lovely and very welcoming! The house was spotless and very well maintained. It is spacious including two living rooms which is perfect for a large family as everyone will have their own space!! My only regret is that I will not be returning to the hospital this year so I will not be able to enjoy this home once again! I highly recommend renting from Diane and Pat! You will not be disappointed!!

What a Fabulous House. Very quiet neighborhood very close to markets & downtown Hyannis without fighting summer traffic. Easy access to Craigville Beach with a beach pass included.

The garage conversion to a family room is very well done and allows your guests or kids to have their own space.

Large private yard and screen porch.

We greatly appreciated all the "SMALL" stuff in the house like laundry detergent, kitchen supplies, etc.

Don't pass this one up if it is available for your vacation.

There was plenty of space for our family of five to spread out in this clean and well maintained home. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved eating dinner outside on the screened in porch. It was wonderful to have a living room and a family room (each with a tv) so the teenagers could have their own space at night.

The location was very convenient for beach going, and a 10 minute stroll from the grocery store. The beach pass provided access to a number of beaches, including Dowses, our favourite beach which can only be accessed with a Resident parking pass.

Diane and Pat were very gracious and only an email or phone call away. This was our 11th season vacationing in Hyannis and our first in this rental. This will be our rental for season 12!

I would recommend staying in this lovely home. When you walk in you feel very welcomed. Everything you would like to see is just minutes away. You are minutes away from the beaches. We even got up early to go and see the sunrise. It was breathtaking...
