Lovely, new 3 bedroom Cape on a quiet street in the Hyannisport area. Within walking distance of Hyannisport beaches, the Melody Tent and Main Street (Hyannis Center). Approximately one and a half miles to Craigville and Covell beaches, and to Martha's Vinyard/Nantucket ferries. Many golf courses nearby, including the Tara Hyannis golf course just a few minutes' walk away. There are also a few nice health spas within a 1/2 mile. Close to some of the Cape's best restaurants, night clubs and shopping.
Central A/C,Large eat-in kitchen with slider to deck. Family room with new 50'' high def TV and premium cable package, plenty of seating, VCR and extensive video collection. Master bedroom with bath on first floor. Two extra large bedrooms upstairs with center bath. Additional half bath downstairs. All new quality mattresses. Barnstable beach pass included, valid at all resident only and public Barnstable County beaches, ponds and landings. Beach chairs, linens and towels provided. There's parking for six cars, or cars and a boat. The house is very clean and functional. Kitchen is fully equipped. The location is fantastic!
Take a quiet morning walk through Hyannisport to view the beautiful homes, the Kennedy Compound, harbor and beaches. Have a volleyball game at Craiville beach. Watch the sunset from Long Beach. See a big name show at the famous Melody Tent. It's only a few minutes' walk and makes a great night out combined with dinner at the Paddock Restaurant. There are eight different sandy, salt water beaches within two miles. Located on Nantucket Sound, these beaches have the warmest water of Cape Cod. Also in this area are some nice, clear, freshwater ponds with lifegaurds, shade trees and picnic tables. With the Resident-only beach pass you get in free to all of them!
No need to battle the cape traffic once you're here. This is truly one of the best locations in the Hyannis/Hyannisport area.

My first impressions are amazement over the movie collection and how comfortable we all are here. The house has a clever layout and is so crisp and clean. Plenty of room for everyone to find some peace and quiet. The kids have turned the downstairs playroom into thier clubhouse and don't want to leave.
