Attractive, spacious colonial with ocean views of Kalmus Beach. High speed internet access is also available. A lovely deck is off the fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy bright,large rooms including an additional family room on the second floor. This home sleeps 14 people. The master bedroom and bath has a sitting area with TV. There is TV, and DVD player in the family room on the first floor. Four of the 5 bedrooms have cable TV. There are three additional bathrooms. Plenty of room in downstairs family room for visiting, games or TV watching. Dining room has extra large table. We are located near the Kennedy Memorial, and are minutes from Main Street Hyannis.
Kalmus Beach has restrooms, snack bar and plenty of covered picnic tables for family fun. Lifeguards are at this beach.

Veteran's Beach is just 1/10 of a mile in the other direction. Veteran's Beach has a roped off area with a lifeguard for swimming as well as a picnic area and swings.
Your family will also enjoy the easy walk to the harbor for eating, fishing boat tours or the ferries to the Islands. Main Street offers a number of specialty shops, miniature golf, a merry-go-round, and many restaurants for breakfast,lunch and dinner.

Had a great time - house was much bigger than what we thought it would be...used for a mini family reunion and graduation party. Our two favorite things: 1. We didn't realize there were no other houses on the left (as you look at the house). We liked the privacy and the views from the back deck - ocean and marsh area are beautiful. We actually had 18 people sleeping in the house and it didn't feel crammed. 2. We didn't have to drive anywhere. We could just grab the beach chairs from the back deck and walk to the beach. We also walked to main street to shop/eat.
