We were a family of 19 that used Tidal Glory for a family reunion and birthday celebration. It met all of our needs perfectly. With the various levels we were able to spread out and have room to do all our activities. The large screen in the lower level was a hit to view movies on. Each morning we would gather on the deck and enjoy the gorgeous view of the bay. Local restaurants, attractions, and stores were within an short drive. I would recommend this for all who want to avoid the drive over the bridge to Cod Cape and summer traffic on the Cape. Tidal Glory and surrounding areas will give you the same experience but without the driving hassle.

Our whole family had a wonderful time staying in Tidal Glory. The deck is fabulous and very inviting. We enjoyed gathering there during the day and after dinner while watching our grandchildren play in the expansive back yard and near the water line. The view is perfect and early morning coffee comes with a fabulous view no matter what spot you choose- In the front of the home near beautiful flowers or on the deck with a view of the water. The home had plenty of bedrooms for our large family and the large screen t v was a hit with our smaller ones too. On rainy mornings we enjoyed the bottom covered patio watching the rain meet the water in the sound. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals plus the outside gril worked properly. I would not hesitate to recommend this home for your vacation stay. The owners are very kind and helped with any minor issue that came up. We found this home a perfect location to do touring of Cape Cod and Boston and many lovely towns all around. Easy in and out.

Our family of 16, including 6 kids under the age of 11, had a fantastic week at Tidal Glory. The house accommodated our whole family and provided everything we needed from bandaids, toilet paper, paper towels, and all linens including beach towels. The spacious kitchen was well stocked and contained all we needed for cooking.

The kids enjoyed collecting eggs from the 6 chickens and loved the large yard with swing set, slide, and small climbing wall. The adults enjoyed the large deck with incredible view, the screened in house on the beach, and the fire pit.
All in all, Tidal Glory was a spectacular house that made our family reunion a huge success.

This house was perfect for what my group was looking for. We had four families with different members at different times come in and there was plenty of space. Great upper deck that we hung out on a lot but the space in the cellar with the three bedrooms and the projection TV and the deck down below was where the kids would gather. We also hung out every night down by the fire pit on the beach and there were plenty of chairs. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and things to use! The washer and dryer right off the kitchen was great and we used that a lot. We did leave every day and drive to a beach though because the beach area wasn't the cleanest water. Other than that the house was wonderful!

If I could give this house 4.5 stars I would. This home was the perfect size and layout for our large family during a vacation week. There were 10 adults and 5 kids under 4. The deck was a favorite spot, as well as the sand pit and movie theater! We enjoyed the kayaks and kid friendly house! The house is on a quiet street, and very accessible to pharmacies and grocery stores, as well as other larger beaches.

There is a private beach at the house, but when we stayed it was not really swimmable water, especially for young children. It was muddy and feet would get stuck. Fortunately there is a public beach a couple blocks from the house which is good swimming for high tide.

Our family rented this property for a second time. It's our perfect getaway. The house is spacious yet very cozy. There is plenty of room for our family of 14.. Plenty of room for everyone to be together or to escape for some quiet time. The deck and ground are perfect for family fun. The view is spectacular and serene. Our host John and Paulette definitely provide a perfect home away from home. This year especially if provided us with a safe getaway, a house big enough for all of us under one roof with the ocean at our feet. What more can a family ask for, AC, home theater, comfortable beds and living quarters with plenty to do outdoors - kayaks, swing set screen house by the water. Already looking forward to next year stay.

My family of 20 or so first vacationed here in 2016. I wrote a review then that described what we came across. Nothing has changed. The house and property are ideal. The yard is perfect for a volleyball match with room to spare. With the kids a little older now, they take the short walk to the nearby basketball court for another fun option. The water is great for kayaking or just relaxing on a float. The house is big enough that if you wanted some quiet time, you could find it but it's also set up that everyone can hang out together for games or puzzles or whatever you like to do.

I wrote in 2016 that we hoped to make this our annual vacation spot and we have been lucky enough to do so. We are coming back again next year. Thanks again to John and Paulette for being terrific people and hosts.

Our family of 16 (8 adults & 8 kids) just left this spacious, gorgeous home on Kingston Bay after a two week stay. The huge yard with swing set was in constant use. The screen house at the waters edge was perfect for evening gatherings by the fire pit. The surrounding gardens were beautiful, and with many seating areas throughout the yard, it was easy to find a quiet place to "escape."

The home had everything we could possibly need. John & Paulette went over & above to make this a comfortable, as well as lovely space for guests to feel at home. There were many places inside to find quiet as well, but the main attraction was the media room which provided many hours of enjoyment for all (viewing movies).

The tide wasn't very cooperative our first week there, but the second week it was perfect. The sandy area on the beach was the perfect place for the little ones to play with their sand toys & kept them entertained for hours.

The view of the bay was mesmerizing & we loved sitting on the balcony of the master bedroom to watch the boats, birds & kids playing.

The beach area is pretty rocky so we all brought water shoes with us & these kept us from sore feet.

It was a short walk to Gray's Beach which was very convenient as only Kingston residents may park at the beach.

All in all, a wonderful 2 weeks at "Tidal Glory"- we definitely recommend a visit!

Popey's 85th Birthday Celebration. We had a terrific visit for the week with our family coming from Oregon, Paris and Buenos Aries Argentina. We all loved how spacious the house was and enjoyed watching the home theater. Gray's Beach with tennis courts were a big hit and we were blessed with great summer weather. We cooked all our meals and your kitchen is so well equipped! Charades on the deck were a big hit too. The grandchildren all want to come back. The highlight was just watching the tide go in and out from the spacious deck.

My family has vacationed around the Cape each of the last three years. First, in Eastham. Last year in Sandwich and now in Kingston. After our week stay, we feel we have finally found THE place.

We're a large group with 11 adults and 8 kids 15 and under. The house was plenty big enough for all of us to stay comfortable. When in the house, the kids hung out downstairs with the enormous tv and plenty of seating. The adults stayed on the main floor in the big dining room and awesome kitchen. Having three ovens and just being so user friendly made it so easy to cook for everyone.

The deck outside the main floor was very popular with spectacular views of the bay. The screen house and deck by the water provided another sitting area to watch the action. There is also a beachy area in front of the screenhouse if you want to dig your toes in the sand. The yard was a big hit with everyone, especially the kids. Plenty of room for wiffle ball games as well as other yard games we all played. The neighborhood is very quiet and allowed several of us to go for morning walks. Then, of course, is the bay.

Each of our vacations have been full of fun and good memories. However, an informal poll of adults and kids was unanimous in favor of returning to this wonderful place. We hope to make this our annual summer stop.

Our family had a wonderful time on vacation here. We had family members from Atlanta, GA, Wisconsin & New York. The children loved playing on the beach & in the yard. With three chef's (who own several restaurants among them) we cooked up great meals. We apologize if pots and pans are out of place! My FaceBook & Instagram friends loved my daily photos from sunrises to sunsets. Thank you for having a home on such a beautiful bay. Memories were made!

We came back for a wedding, and thanks to finding this home, many of use were able to stay together in one place! From the views, to the huge back yard and water access, to the great indoor spaces, this place was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again or recommend to a friend!

This house was incredible! So many bedrooms and a great space to entertain! We rented the home so we could have a group of out of town friends stay nearby for our wedding and this was perfect! We were able to capture some great pictures on the beach before the wedding too!

We all agreed that if we wanted to rent a large home again that this location would be at the top of the list!

We just rented this beautiful home last weekend and couldn't have been happier. A spectacular home with amazing waterfront views. A great location with easy access to all local attractions, including the Cape and Boston. Accommodations were perfect and well appointed. Terrific for several families, large or small. What a great place for a family reunion. John and Paulette were wonderful hosts! Thanks for making our daughter's wedding that more special!! A five star rating isn't enough. Your beautiful home and location commands six stars!

This house is amazing and extremely clean! We are a family of 20 and never felt cramped or crowded. There is an adorable enclosed porch we used as the 'reading room', plenty of seating for everyone both inside and out. The deck is awesome with plenty of seats and a large table. Cute bistro tables in front of the house - another get away when you want quiet. The screen house was wonderful! It was at least 10 degrees cooler and also impeccable. The bedrooms were fine and the huge TV was awesome!

The only disappointment for us was the private beach area. There is no real beach sand area for spreading a blanket. However, you can walk a few minutes to a better beach area. Great yard! We set up a volleyball net and the old folks could watch either from the deck or in lawn chairs on the ground. There was plenty of room in the kitchen to prepare meals despite the fact the cabinets were all filled, so basically not available for storing supplies. We used the counters and tops of the washer/dryer. We did bring large coolers we left on the deck because we knew one fridge wouldn't hold all our perishables (and the beer, of course!).

This was the best house we have rented. No unpleasant surprises. I would highly recommend it as long as you aren't looking to lie at the beach. The owners respond quickly to all questions via email and made the whole process pleasant. Took off one star because we thought the private beach would be better than it was.

We traveled from California to stay a week at this home. Our immediate family of 15, included kids under 7 and teenagers. There was something for everyone in this very accommodating home. Older kids enjoyed the screen TV, big game room and kayaking. The swing set, shore line and huge grass area was perfect for running the younger kids. Huge deck, well equipped kitchen, beautiful gardens, and spacious house were perfect for our group. Location is great for going into Plymouth or heading out to the Cape for day trips. Beautiful home & beautiful setting! We had amazing high and low tides and a blue moon over the water! It was a perfect week!

This is a lovely home that is very accommodating for family reunions. The house easily managed our group of 14, was easy to get to and provided a terrific home base for our exploration of the Cape. Each member of the group was free to do what they wanted, sitting on the beach, visiting Boston or touring all of the natural wonders in the near vicinity, including whale watching.

I can not thank you enough for this past weekend. I couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate my wedding weekend with my closest friends. Every single one of us wants to make this a yearly tradition. We all slept comfortably and weren't on top of each other. The yard and water were the most perfect thing we could have imagined. Thanks, Paulette and John, for sharing your gracious and spacious home with us. It was ideal for our inter-generational family vacation. With seven bedrooms, each person had his/her own place, yet the house had wonderful spaces to get together--a kitchen with plenty of room for food preparation, a dining room table that seated all ten of us comfortably, a family room where the kids could watch their favorite morning programs on the TV, and a downstairs area where we enjoyed playing ping pong and watching movies on the gigantic screen. There was ample room outside for the kids to run around, and they thoroughly enjoyed the beach. Being near Plymouth was an added plus.

Hi Paulette and John, Just a note to let you know how much we enjoyed your lovely home on Kingston Bay. We took a trip to the musuems in Plymouth and enjoyed it very much and the kids enjoyed boating, and biking on the Cape Cod Canal.
