My family had the pleasure of spending an amazing week at this beautiful home. As soon as we walked in the door and saw the view we knew we were going to have a wonderful week. We were a large group ( 9 adults, 4 children) and this roomy home was perfect. The home was stocked with everything we could have possibly needed! Our family spent much time on the private beach - it was especially perfect for our grandchildren ! The location of this home was ideal as everything we needed was within 10 minutes. Scenic Plymouth was a 5 minute drive!

The owner Pam was a true joy to work with and made our stay exceptional. This home far exceeded our expectations in every way!

This home provided our family with a week of beautiful memories that we will fondly recall for years to come.

We were a family of 13 five children ages 1 to 10. Pam's house is simply amazing from the moment we arrived we fell in love. The house was spotless, the view is amazing, her lawn and gardens are beautiful. I can't explain how perfect this location is, and oh…the amazing sunsets are worth rising early to enjoy simply spectacular. The water and beach are directly at the house this set up worked wonderful for our family. Our grandkids loved finding crabs when the tide was out and the water was calm and had no sudden drop offs, so we felt very comfortable with the kids swimming here.

The house has every amenity that you could ever want or need. Pam has so many towels, face clothes etc… our family of 13 never ran out. The house was plenty large enough for us we never felt cramped. We did rent the lower level suite as well. Without this our size party would not have had enough room. There is an outdoor shower with both cold and hot water which was terrific for rinsing off after the beach and cleaning feet before going into the house.

Our grandkids loved the park across the street which was a perfect way to start and end our days. We enjoyed being able to play lawn games in the manicured yard. The AC throughout the house worked terrific we were always comfortable. The comfort of the beds was fine. If you have little ones there are many baby items and toys to enjoy. In addition there is a shed with plenty of beach chairs and sand toys. Inside we had our choice of so many DVDs adult and children we never had to wonder what to watch. The only bedroom with a tv is the smaller downstairs bedroom all the others had no televisions that did not bother us at all. The house is very close to restaurants, grocery stores and the center of Plymouth. The only thing that could have made this vacation better was if Pam had a week available for us to rent again next summer. It's without a doubt one of the best vacation homes we have rented.

My husband and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here for two weeks with our children and grandchild. I could enumerate all the perfections of house and beach but I'll keep it short by saying that I'd be gushing about everything. Pam surprised us with a Happy Anniversary banner, flowers, and Prosecco and two glasses. It reflects how much she pays attention to detail.

We rented this beautiful house for a week for a vacation with 4 other couples. 2 couples from the PNW, one couple from the Midwest and one from VT. The couples from the PNW and the Midwest had never been to New England and were excited to see the sites.

We could not have picked a more beautiful home than this one. Walking out the rear of the house brought you directly on to the beach on Kingston Bay. The house was immaculate with enough supplies to house an army. Anything you need to cook and serve meals can be found in the house. There is no reason to leave except for buying groceries.

The owner was readily available if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is looking for an exceptional experience in a quiet and charming neighborhood with the added benefit of an ocean setting.

Our June 2021 stay in Kingston was our chance to be with family members who we hadn't seen since the beginning of COVID. The location, the house, and Pam's preparation and hospitality were all perfectly suited to our needs. During our month-long stay we hosted more than 20 family members at one time or another.

The Kingston location made it very easy for Boston area relatives to come and go and was also convenient for day-trips to Boston, the Cape, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. We also enjoyed the many offerings nearby in Plymouth.

The house is exactly as it appears in the photos and is extremely well equipped and organized. Pam met us at our arrival to show us around, and the entire house was spotless. Everything we could need was available, and then some. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, dishes, utensils and small appliances. The family room has an assortment of board games and DVDs for rainy-day entertainment. Though we did not have any small children in our group, we were impressed with the large selection of useful items in the house (strollers, high chairs, booster seats, crib, gates, play seat, etc.). We look forward to taking advantage of these on future visits. The downstairs suite also is equipped with everything needed for its occupants to be self sufficient.

We loved having the beach so close and the side yard was ideal for playing yard games or catching a cool breeze. There is a tremendous selection of outdoor toys and sports equipment to use at the beach or park. The garden in front of the house is beautiful with spring blooming specimen perennials, including poppies and irises. To our pleasant surprise, the strawberry patch was full of ripe strawberries when we arrived; we picked more than enough to make a delicious strawberry pie.

Pam was a wonderful hostess, and was always available for us. It is clear she puts a tremendous amount of time care and love into making a comfortable experience for her guests. We look forward to staying here again next year and many more!

This property is magically sited overlooking quiet Kingston Bay and the historic Delano Stone Wharf. The well-furnished deck is the perfect perch for enjoying stunning rises of the sun and the moon. The home is spacious, clean and cozy. If you're a cook, the kitchen has all the appliances, cookware and utensils you'll need to prepare a feast. Or you might prefer to use the large outdoor gas grill. If the weather lands you indoors, there are movies, Netflix, and a bounty of books and games to keep you entertained. Children will have a choice of toys, too.

The host has provided everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing visit, including lots of information about local restaurants, history, and sites of interest. During our stay, sweet pears fresh from the front yard trees were a delicious seasonal bonus! The only reason I would recommend against staying here is that the home may be booked when we want to return!

First timer as far as renting a house. Was skeptical because online is a fuzzy place. Was hesitant but after speaking with Pam I gave it a try. I am so glad I did. It was a wonderful experience and a great much needed Vacation for our Family. Everything was just as described. It was clean and cozy. Felt like home. Pam has everything you could possibly need except clothing and food. Its a great location and she has wonderful neighbors. Can't wait to do it again. Thanks Pam for opening your home to my family. We had a great week at this house. Plenty of room for two families and that is including 7 kids. Plenty to do bouncing from swimming, sandbar, basketball and family tennis tourney. The house had EVERYTHING you could need for all that you would do. Toys, chairs, cooking supplies, etc. Pamela was wonderful to work with and we would book again.

What a wonderful property! The house gorgeous, the beach was beautiful. Pamela has everything. Staying with 11 other family members, traveled with kids from 8 weeks to 16, she has everything, baby swings, bouncer, toys etc.Truly beautiful and our family had a wonderful week!

We had an amazing time in this house. We loved the view, sitting outside in the backyard and watching the water go in and out with the tide. Our granddaughter loved finding sea shell on the beach. We would love going back to this house.

Hi Pam - thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us. We were a family group all ages and everyone had a terrific time. Location was great, views stunning and the MOST comfortable beds ever! You have thought of everything. There wasn’t anything we would change. The upstairs and downstairs decks were great for “readers” and the little beach and playground next door were perfect for the little ones. Truly you have made this a loving home and it shows. The house is just perfect and I can’t wait to come back!

This house was the perfect retreat for our family vacation! Not only was the house well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach items, and all the comforts of home but it also had amazing views. It is just steps away from the beach and so relaxing. Additionally, it is in a great location that makes for easy day trips to various Cape towns and attractions. We enjoyed the park across the street too. This was everything we dreamed of and more for our family getaway. Pam is a wonderful hostess and does a great job preparing her beautiful home for her guests. We hope to be back soon!

Our family of 10 just spent a wonderful week here. Pam is a very gracious hostess, and her home is perfect in every way. Everything you could ever need for a lovely vacation has been thought of, and provided in this beautifully situated home. We stayed here for the first time and were blown away by all the little details Pam puts into her home! Everything you could possibly think to need was right there at your fingertips! This was our first family trip all together and we loved that this is the home we chose! There were 16 of us and with the lower suite we were all so comfortable. The views from the windows and back deck are amazing and you get a real sense of home when you stay here. Pam was nothing short of amazing during our planning process, and as a family we decided that if we come back to this area in the future that this is the house we want!

We stayed in this home September of 2017, and unfortunately we had bad weather due to Hurricane Jose the whole week, but still had a wonderful time. We returned again this year despite that and thankfully had gorgeous weather! As I stated last year, the house is exactly as the pictures show and the view is gorgeous. The upper deck is perfect or you can go below and use the patio or the grassy area. I spent a lot of time on the swing! There was some construction going on next door at the park but Pam informed us of that well in advance. It got a little noisy but overall not a big deal. Pam is a wonderful owner to work with and the home has everything you can possibly need! Our adult children joined us at the end of the week with their girlfriends and there is more than enough room for all. Dining room table got plenty of use for dinner and playing games! Only drawback this year is that I never got to see Luna The Cat again! She must have been visiting elsewhere. Thanks again, Pam, for a wonderful vacation.

Unfortunately for us, our entire week for weather was controlled by Hurricane Jose and never really got the chance to be outside much! However, this home is true to the pictures and if we had to be stuck inside, the full front ocean view made it easier to be inside. Our two adult sons and their girlfriends joined us for the last few days and there was plenty of room for everyone, and the dining room table was a perfect spot for lots of indoor games! In nicer weather the upper deck and the proximity to the water are sure to be ideal!

We have rented on the Cape for over 15 years and decided to try something new. Pam is easily one of the most gracious hosts we have ever rented from. Literally everything you can possibly need she has provided! I titled this vacation "home" instead of "house" because Pam obviously strives to make you feel at home!

Despite the weather we did have some good times and hope to come back soon!

Pam, please say hi to Luna for me next time you see her! She obviously was not let out after Monday due to the weather!

We had a wonderful week again this year at Pam's beautiful home. It is always enjoyable seeing the beautiful sunrises and having your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the water. Such a nice way to start your day. The house is clean and well maintained. Pam has provided everything you could possibly need. Pam is great to work with, always making us feel welcome. We had a wonderful week at the beach! The kitchen was equipped with every gadget a cook could imagine. We spread out throughout the whole house using the 2nd kitchen in the downstairs area! Cooking our meals was a pleasure! Pam was so easy to work with and gracious. We were 4 generations together and had plenty of room to be comfortable whatever we chose to do. We were pretty much home bodies during the week, only making runs to the grocers and the package store! Quiet neighborhood despite the park/ public beach next door.

This was a family get away with our kids and grandkids, 12 of us in all. I was blown away by the view and comfortable surroundings when I walked in. Pam's place was perfect. She has done an amazing job of ensuring that everything you could want is available, from extra towels and extensive video library; to a kitchen with every pot, pan, appliance and grill accessory imaginable; binders full of local information; and outdoor everything. Add to that an amazing view of the morning sunrise and the backyard beach. We could not have asked for anything more.

This home afforded us the opportunity to experience the wonderful ambiance of Gray’s Beach, as it is perched right on the beachfront. Pam was the most patient and gracious host we have ever had in our 12 years of renting homes. She certainly aims to please and has succeeded! The home is so clean and welcoming for renters, providing all that is needed for a relaxing stay. Our favorite restaurants this trip were the East Point Grill in Plymouth and Port Bistro conveniently located just a few miles up the road from this home. If we vacation in the Plymouth area again, we certainly hope this home is available!

We had never rented a home for vacation before, but Pamela made the renting experience easy and pleasurable. Everything was so well organized. Prior to our arrival she explained that all we needed to bring was our food and that was true. She has everything you could need. The home was just as it was pictured! The view was breathtaking, absolutely beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The home is well maintained, comfortable and beautiful. Thank you, Pam, for helping us to have a most relaxing and needed vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. The house is so well equipped with all the pots and pans and everything else that you could need. The beach couldn't be any closer, just seven steps and you're there. The only thing I recommend is that you would want to wear water shoes. I want to thank Pam for allowing us to enjoy her beautiful home. The beds are very comfortable and the decor is lovely. Thanks again for a great time.

The house was just as the picture showed. The ocean view was awesome. The home had everything inside that our family needed. Toys for our granddaughter inside and outside toys. Also used the baby stroller which came in very handy for bringing a two year old. The only negative was the beach area. With the tide very little swimming because of the large rocks which can be dangerous for a toddler and mucky soil. There was public beach beside the home but, with the tide little swimming. We had to drive 20 miles or more for good sandy beaches. The best was Nauset Beach on the ocean -- high waves to surf and also saw seals but is rated one of the top ten beaches in United States. If I owned this property, I would clean up all the large rocks in front of the home.

We stayed here during the week leading up to my daughter's wedding day, which was held in Kingston, MA in May 2016. The entire bridal party gathered here over the course of the week and got ready at the home on the wedding day. This beautiful and immaculate home, in its outstanding location with such amazing views provided us with not only an unforgettable stay, but offered us the most picturesque setting for the many lovely and memorable wedding photographs and video captured by both the photographer and videographer.

Our time here was truly amazing!!

From the first contact with Pam and throughout our entire stay, she went above and beyond to see that our special occasion was made even more so with her outstanding support! She is one special lady and this is a one of a kind home!

This was not our first visit staying at this wonderful house, nor will it be our last. Over the years, we have made many happy memories watching the beautiful sunrise (the only plus of jet lag, maybe?!), exploring the nearby town of Plymouth, trips slightly further afield to Duxbury, Provincetown, Martha's Vineyard and into Boston. This trip was no different. The peaceful surroundings enabled us to fully relax and enjoy our holiday. Pam should be proud of her wonderful home and we are very lucky we have been able to experience staying here.

Although a family vacation can take place anywhere. this was truly the perfect locale for my children, grandchildren, and myself. From the very first communication I had with the homeowner, it felt as if I had known her for years. Not only is her home absolutely stunning, and the location breathtaking, she also provides everything one could possibly need. There was never a time when we thought of something we wanted to use, that we couldn't find. My one daughter especially appreciated the availability of all the baby items and children's toys. The atmosphere of the home was welcoming and cozy, and thank you Pam for all the personal touches.....gifts on the counter when we arrived, countless binders and brochures listing things to do int he area, beds made up for us. Thank you! We as a family shared lots of laughter and made some great memories, all facilitated by Pam's hospitality and her beautiful home. We would definitely return to vacation here again,and would also highly recommend the home to others.

We had a family reunion that involved 8 people sleeping in the house and up to 17 for dinners. The house was ideal. Not only was it a great location, roomy and homey, but it was well equipped to deal with so many people. The only thing we had to add was food, and everything else was there! Located next to a free public beach made it nicer too. The sand was better there. It did not add any noise to the quiet area!

Pam was delightful and incredibly helpful throughout the rental process. The level of detail and care throughout the house from the amazingly stocked kitchen to the binders of restaurants and attractions to the tide charts and clamming license to the vast DVD library for rainy days to the air mattresses and roll away beds for the kids - it was a dream experience!

The house is beautiful and well maintained. The beds are extremely comfortable. The house is well-equipped with beach toys and chairs. You could turn up with a bathing suit and a pair of shorts for the week and you would be totally taken care of - a blessing with kids!

The best part of this house is its location. I did not dream - even from the pictures - that it would be so good. We spent a week relaxing and enjoying the beach without shlepping our stuff in the car or dealing with traffic and parking at the beaches - amazing. If the kids were hungry or had to use the bathroom or just get out of the sun, we sent them up to the house - because it is next door to the beach. We clammed for our dinner one night in the backyard!

Cooking is my thing and generally I have to bring my own knives and pots to the houses we rent. Not here. The kitchen had everything I could imagine needing and more! We even made homemade waffles one morning on the large waffle iron.

I can't imagine a place more perfect to spend my family vacation!

Perfect is the word that best describes our vacation.   A beautiful, spotlessly clean home with fantastic views, in a quiet, peaceful setting. Our family had plenty of room  to spread out, but most of our time was spent on the wonderfully relaxing deck overlooking the ocean.  I  also need to mention the incredibly well stocked kichen - Pam  thought of every detail to make our week comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable.  Couldn't have been happier.   Hope to repeat this vacation next year!  Thank you, Pam, for a fantastically perfect week!

We spent a beautiful week, in a beautiful home, in a beautiful place, in Kingston Bay this past week. Leaving was hard. Pam's home has everything you could ever possibly need for cooking, cleaning, etc.

Between our children and grandchildren we numbered 13 and had more than ample room.
Renting Pam's suite also was perfect for the kids to play their video games and give a little peace and quiet for the adults.

There is nothing I can say about the views except exceptional. I love painting landscapes, and the fantastic views captivates and motivates me. I could have sat on that deck forever taking in those views for a very long, long time.

In closing, I would highly recommend Pam's home to anyone young or old who would like to visit a "little piece of heaven." We did, and it was to short and will be a long time memory for me before ever fading (if it ever does).

The house worked really well for a big family/multiple family getaway. Lots of space, 2 kitchens and living rooms if you rent the downstairs apartment as well as the main house, and very well equipped. I can especially recommend it to anyone traveling with small children. The location was perfect with the beach right in front of the house, and a great playground/park next to it. Also making it easy was that the house had 3 cribs with linens, a baby chair, 2 booster seats and lots of other baby and kids essentials. Very convenient for us as we travelled from overseas and had enough luggage as it was...

Pamela was very accommodating. We had lots of questions especially before we travelled, and she was always quick to get back to us with the information we needed.
If you like to walk, its actually a nice trip to walk into Plymouth for lunch. We did that several days during our stay. Except for that, there is not much in the area around the house other than residential neighborhoods. There's a cute coffee shop only a few blocks away called Sweets.

Some minor details to keep in mind. The beach is more stones than sand so bring good beach shoes if you plan to use it. Also the bugs made it hard to spend the evenings on the terrace as we would like. Even though we used bug spray, they were everywhere.

Anyway to sum up, a great place, we would definitely rent it again if we were to travel back to the Boston area.

My family and friends have stayed at this beautiful home twice. I cannot say enough about how nice this home is. It is very large with an open floor plan that makes spending time together so easy. The home is beautifully decorated in every room. Everything you could need is provided in abundance. If you enjoy the outdoors, there is plenty of comfortable seating both up on the deck and at ground level. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck together.
THEN.... THERE IS THE VIEW...IT IS BEAUTIFUL!!!
It is peaceful and quiet and a very nice location to take walks. There are places to go and things to do. We love it so much, we are coming back next year.

This home – with its fantastic ocean views and own private beach -- was the perfect backdrop for one of our best vacations ever! My sister and I had rented Pam's home before for a reunion with our high school girlfriends and had such a great time that we rented her home again (along with the adorable downstairs apartment) for a family reunion.

The house has everything you need (literally). The rooms are beautifully decorated with many personal touches – and all are quite comfortable. No attention to detail is too small -- this owner and property are first class! To have the ocean at your door, yet have access to shopping, restaurants and a commuter rail that goes straight into Boston, this location has something for everyone. CHARMING, CHARMING, CHARMING!!!!! We rented this wonderful home for 3 weeks in September 2011 and everything was PERFECT!! Your warm and welcoming hostess, Pamela, greets you at the door, explains and shows you everything to make your stay the ultimate. Her attention to detail excels in every room of this spacious but cozy home! We rent a house every year for our vacations but this home surpassed any before it.....

Being a master chef, I was particularly surprised and delighted with the fantastic kitchen appointments!!!! Every possible pot and pan, bakeware, blenders, and kitchen aids were available.....even all the herbs and spices I could possiblily think of were there!!!!......there was even a steel for sharpening the wonderful selection of knives!!

I believe the differences that make this home stand out so much from others we have rented in the past is the fact that it is Pamela's own home year round.......and yes, it is a "home" not just a rental house!!!!

There just aren't enough words to describe the incredible views from the fantastic, inviting deck running the entire length on the back of the house, facing Kingston Bay (a quiet and protected bay) on the Atlantic Ocean, only possibly 40 steps from this home!! You never grow weary of hearing the gentle lapping of the tides on the beautiful sandy beach!! And when the tide is out, exploring the tidal pools and sea creatures left there is wonderful fun.....

All 4 bedrooms in the home had deep, ample closets and lots of dressers for storage! Every night we fell into our lush, comfortable beds and slept like lords, exhausted but happy from the many diverse and histortic outings quickly available and located close to the home. And I must make mention of the exceptional linens, bedding, bedspreads, pillows and towels in the house!!

This home leaves nothing to chance! I cannot stess enough the wonderful attention to every detail throughout the home.....the decor, the quality furniture, the beautiful dishes and cookware, books, DVD's, artwork and paintings, the HUGE TV (supplied with cable/satelitte, more channels than you could ever enjoy!!) with suround sound in the living room.

When visiting the area the best and freshest raw seafood is at Wood's located right on the wharf in the Plymouth harbour. Each day they supply all the fresh-caught bounty from the ocean at competive prices.....clams, oysters, mussels, lobster and fish of all kinds!! Wood's even makes their own chowder fresh daily and wonderful crab cakes, etc.

For all ordinary grocery shopping I suggest Hannaford's, located a few miles away in the picturesque town of Kingston....great bakery, fish market, great cuts of meats, wonderful fresh fruits and vegetables, pharmacy, an expansive frozen section, etc..........all at great prices!! Make sure to pick up a container of the "lobster/seafood" dip or the crabmeat dip....spread it on their fresh pullaway Italian bread...ambosia!!!!!!!!! Hereby also is a Shaw's grocery, a Stop and Save grocery, and a Walmart supercenter.


It's was wonderfully blissful to return from each day's outing, knowing that everything we could possibly ever need was there just waiting to welcome us "home" with warmth, comfort and style!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU Pamela!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
