Magnificent ocean views abound from this young architecturally designed beach house located directly on Popponesset Beach. Step off the deck directly onto a private white sand beach facing Nantucket Sound. This home is a slice of heaven where beautiful ocean views can be seen from every room with the exception of the bathrooms! Two king and one queen sized air-conditioned bedrooms have incredible ocean views, cable TV and ceiling fans. The fourth bedroom with twin beds is ideal for guests or children. First floor living room/dining room is open & airy with walls of windows facing Nantucket Sound. It features a gas fireplace, hardwood floors, built in TV unit with stereo, DVD & VCR. The kitchen has granite counter tops, beautiful hardwood cabinets, stainless appliances and all the kitchen supplies and cookware you might need. There are 2 full baths with tile floors and an enclosed outdoor shower. Washer and dryer are located on the second floor.

When you've had enough sun, there's a screened-in porch with ocean views. We supply bed and bath linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, deck furniture, gas grill and more. You'll want to enjoy dinner and the panoramic ocean views from our beach front deck. Should you decide to forego the air conditioning, there's nothing that compares to falling asleep to the sound of the surf! On a clear day, you can see Martha's Vineyard from the beach or deck. The Popponesset Inn and Marketplace are only steps away and offer everything from cocktails and dining to miniature golf, a general store, ice cream shop, pizza, retail shops as well as evening concerts for family enjoyment. You'll want to be sure to visit the Raw Bar at the Marketplace for the best lobster roll on the Cape! There's a children's museum close by and upscale shopping center (Mashpee Commons) approximately 4 miles away.
"We recently rented this property for a family vacation, which included 6 adults and 2 childern. Overall, the vacation was a great success. The house easily slept all 8 individual. The location was perfect. It is right on the beach with great views. The area is quite, yet is within a ten minute walk to a quaint beach side village, which includes a minature golf course, couple small restaurants, and country store. The owners were great, and really made us feel at home. Would definitely rent it again."
