This spacious two story home is located in the coveted Popponesset Village and just steps away from a private beach for sunning and swimming. Enjoy a casual, laid-back yet newly-renovated beach house on a dead-end street which features a second floor deck with ocean views as well as a beautiful stone patio on the ground level for outside dining. This home is well suited for large as well as small families and has ample off street parking with two driveways.
The large family room features cathedral ceilings & three walls of windows for beautiful breezes. In addition to the first floor bedroom which sleeps two and has private half bath, there is a den with a daybed and roll out. There are two very spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each accessible to the deck with water views. The master bedroom has cathedral ceilings and expansive sliders offering fabulous views. The Poppy Community Center is a short walk and offers morning children's activities, a playground, baseball field and a variety of activities throughout the season. New Seabury Country Club is a short drive by car. If you ever decide to leave, Mashpee Commons is only a couple-mile drive away.
