    Tom and Regina. Everytime it gets close to Thanksgiving, I think about the amazing week that we spent at your beachfront home. The house was perfect for our family, who traveled from Minnesota, RI, DC and NYC. It was stocked with the perfect kitchen, had an amazingly warm feel in every room and the view from the Master was the best way to wake up in the mornings.

    Your hospitality was wonderful and we truly appreciate all that you did for us to make our time there memorable. I hope that we can rent it again sometime in the future.

    I cannot thank you enough for sharing your amazing home. It was a vacation never to be forgotten.

    Hello Regina and Tom, Thank you so much for your hospitality and making your home so special to us.. We enjoyed your home so much. Every year our parents rent magnificent Chateaus in France and invite the whole family to share it with them. Our parents said it best when they said "we had no idea that we could rent beautiful houses like this in the United States." You guys put so much detail into that house, the beds were so comfortable, and the beautiful televisions and music in every room, and especially your decorations. it all really blew us away! It was so relaxing to hear the ocean pounding on the sand. I also have to say your outside grill cooks perfect steaks and fresh fish from the ocean. By the way, I am sending you the link for the Lisa-Marie. Captain Don was wonderful, he new where all the good fishing spots were. We caught mostly Striped Bass, and a couple of Blues. The only thing that I regret is that you guys didn't come up one night to enjoy it with us. I hope maybe next year you guys will do that. Thank you so much, Rick and Lisa show more show less

    I have been in my home and in the New Seabury area since 1980. Lots of changes, especially in my property! I take great pride in hosting families as they gather to make great memories. Maintaining my home and providing all you could ever need and more is my primary goal. I aim to please! If you are not happy, neither am I. I value the fact that this is your precious time and opportunity to unwind and also greatly appreciate the trust shown to me in choosing my home amongst the many options as your vacation destination. I dare to say, it will not disappoint!!

    What is special about this property?
    Everything is special about my home but what makes is magical is the secluded, peaceful location overlooking the ocean. This location is truly one in a million as it offers both a private deeded beach a stones throw away and a magnificently furnished , high end vacation home with expansive outdoor dining and relaxing areas, enclosed by meticulously maintained landscaping. Although seemingly nestled in between quaint villages, privacy abounds whether on the patios, bedroom decks or roof deck where enjoying the sunrise, sunset or just soaking in the views in like a little slice of heaven!

    What is special about your town?
    Beyond this properties amazing ocean front location, it is just a few short minutes walk to the fabulous Popponesset Inn and action packed Popponesset Marketplace. Here you can find lots of dining options to please everyone, from pizza, seafood, American fare, the famous Raw Bar, as well as ice cream, candy, miniature golf and boutiques. New Seabury is conveniently located just a few miles drive to Mashpee Commons, Falmouth, Hyannis and Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard ferries.
