floor sundeck. On the opposite side of the house off the foyer you will find 1/2 bath, separate access to the pool and stairway to our king sized entertainment & bunk room. This ~25 x 25 feet private second level location makes this the perfect place to cater to kids. Two full sofa's face a 42'' plasma TV, complete with Wii console and video games, DVD player & Movies for all ages. In the opposite corner are a Cafe table and 4 chairs for board games, puzzles,arts & crafts (all provided)! Four twin beds complete this room.
Back downstairs and off the kitchen French Doors open to private patio and side yard or wander through the back laundry room and find your perfect quiet getaway in our 3 seasons screened sun room leading to our beautiful heated in-ground pool with landscaping for privacy. BBQ nightly on the large Propane grill and enjoy eating outdoors at our patio-set, picnic table or bar (seating for 17). Lounge chairs and pool toys also provided to maximize your sunny day poolside fun. Outside of the fenced in pool area you will also find a private side yard with volley ball net for kids to burn off energy or croquet course for the more sedate!
Two sets of linens are provided for each bedroom along with plenty of bath and beachtowels. We even provide beach chairs and 4 bicycles for kids and adults.

Greensward Village abuts the New Seabury Golf Course, and is only 1.25 miles to South Cape Beach. Drive your car and park in the public parking lot ($7 daily parking rate) or ride for free on one of the bicycles included in this rental!
After the beach, there is plenty for the kids to do at The Popponesset Marketplace with live music in the evenings, miniature golf & video arcades...and for adults, head to the wine bar or raw bar, featuring the best lobster roll on the Cape. Minutes away by car is the Mashpee Commons (http://www.mashpeecommons.com/), a stylish outdoor mall where you can enjoy upscale shopping, dining and movies.
Mashpee boasts the Children's Museum, golfing, beaches, boating (public boat launching at New Seabury entrance), kayaking/canoes, biking and hiking trails and Indian folklore. We are minutes away from the Barnstable County Fair Grounds - check out their website (http://www.barnstablecountyfair.org/special-events.asp)for a calender of events all summer long, including the famous 10 day County Fair during the third week of July.
Enjoy a day trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket with Ferry access via the Falmouth Island Queen or Woods Hole Ferry's. Take a scenic day ride or romantic dinner ride on the Cape Cod Rail Road (http://www.capetrain.com/)or head to Barnstable Harbor for a Whale Watching Trip (http://www.whales.net/)...all are less then 30 minutes away. Extend your car ride and in 90 minutes you can find yourself at historic Plimouth Plantation, famous Provincetown or beautiful Boston.

What a fantastic home! This home was perfect for our summer vacation last year. Four Moms, each with their teenage daughter, enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautiful home. All the amenities you could ask for and then some...built in pool...2 refrigerators...bikes...beach chairs...2 grills...A/C…balconies…large kitchen…flat screen TV’s…games…books…DVD’s…Wii gaming system with guitars…3 ½ baths…very close to beach…I could go on & on! Each Mom had their own bedroom & the huge bonus bedroom over the garage was perfect for all 4 girls to have a place of their own! The home was plenty big for all of us to have our own space but cozy enough for all of us to be together to eat…watch movies…play games…and just have fun! New Seabury is a beautiful area with the beach right down the street one way and Mashpee Commons the other way…very convenient to sun & shopping! The home is located in a development where it is great for taking long walks or even go for a run. We are sooo looking forward to spending another week this year in this amazing home!
