Enjoy the ''surround sound'' while watching HDTV, movies, or listening to your favorite music. Owner provides many DVDs and CDs for your use and enjoyment. High speed and wireless internet access is available for those of you who must have your computer with you. Off-street parking to accommodate 5 vehicles.
All linens and towels included. For your convenience, owner provides the following: spices, plastic wrap, foil, sandwich bags, paper towels, trash bags etc. Also, no need to bring bathroom toiletries--soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper. In addition, laundry detergent for front loading washing machine--all provided by owner!
The beautifully landscaped yard is ideal for adults and children. The outdoor shower is refreshing after a day at the beach! For your convenience owner provides a wagon, chair caddy, beach toys, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Also, for your convenience, a pack and play, bed rails,and booster seat for infants/todlers are available.
The community house offers a wide range of activities daily for children. Walk to nearby Marketplace to shop, dine, and enjoy free concerts held Thursday - Sunday evenings with family and friends.
For the true shopper, a 5 minute drive to Mashpee Commons is a must. Outdoor activities such as biking, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, kite flying and windsurfing are just to name a few. For the golfer, there are many fine courses for all levels of golf. In addition, miniature golf for the kids.
Take a ferry over to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket for a day of fun and sightseeing. You may want to explore other areas of Cape Cod as day trips. Whatever you do, you will have many fond memories of ''Olde Cape Cod!''

"Dear Lorraine and Frank, The house was perfect for us. The nice open floor plan allowed for us to enjoy the whole family when we needed to be out of the sun. It was a delightful walk to the beach and that warm ocean- heavenly! We found every tool we needed in the kitchen and were able to fix everything from steamers to grilled feasts.
