This is truly an oceanfront property, with an extra wide ocean view from any of the three levels. You can sunbathe on the deck upstairs, have your breakfast al fresco on the mid level, or directly access the lawn and beach from the downstairs bedroom. Quite by accident, we were there during the Super-moon, and it was a treat. Y'know, reflected moonlight on the rippling seawater and all. Very relaxing. The unit itself is in top shape, and Alice is very pleasant and responsive to texts. Maybe I had a lot of questions... fortunately they all had answers! The thoughtful owner has made the rental process effortless. The unit had everything necessary to make for a great vacation. First time for us at New Seabury--endless beach and walking trails for morning and evening strolls.

Hi Alice, I just wanted to thank you and let you know that we really enjoyed staying at your place last week. It was really convenient with the kids and the views were absolutely beautiful. It was definitely difficult to leave. Do you usually rent your units all summer? Do they fill up quickly? We will probably be back again next year….maybe for 2 weeks next time.
