Comcast Cable TV, Wireless Comcast Broadband Internet, and single A/C unit. The Best part is the Wall of Windows overlooking Spoondrift Cove that's full of boats across the street!
Privacy abounds with 2 bedrooms Downstairs supported by a newly renovated full bathroom with granite vanity and new amenities. One bedroom has a Queen with 27'' color TV/Cable/DVD/VCR built in! The other spacious bedroom offers 2 Twins and plenty of room and large windows full of breezes!
Upstairs starts with railing view of Living Room below! A large Bedroom with a beautiful Queen bed and large breezy Windows. The other upstairs bedroom offers a twin bed with pop-up trundle bed to make 2 twins or one queen. These 2 bedrooms have a spotless bathroom totally new with Bathtub/Shower and granite vanity and large closet.
The Deck offers many chaise loungers, 2 large tables with Umbrellas and chairs abound. Or just float away in the 26 ft Heated pool and enjoy the Sun!
This is a bright, breezy home all summer long. A Large Driveway with Plenty of parking. High Speed WiFi Internet Too for work or surf!
Finally wrap up the day with a BBQ on the built in natural gas Weber grill at your ready!!!!!

New Seabury is Cape Cod's Premier Waterside Resort community! The beaches of Nantucket Sound overlook Martha's Vineyard! The beach that is walking distance from the house is on a Spit, which has the ocean waves on one side, and Popponnesset Bay on the other side, which is calm and warm. You can beach on either side, many prefer the bay side, to watch as large and small boats go by while you swim.
Within New Seabury there is Poponnesset Community Center (FREE to ALL) only a 5 minute walk from house with a ball field, hoops, a play ground for younger children, and they have movies and dances there at nite for all ages. New Seabury has the Poppy Marketplace where there is a General Store, Expresso/Coffee shop(the Coffee Table), the award winning '' Raw Bar'' with Cape Cod's best Lobster Roll, and an outdoor Cafe, Stelio's Pizza Shop, quaint shops, Emack & Bollio's ice cream shop, and mini golf. They play music and have outdoor dancing every Fri & Sat. evening geared for kids and the whole family.
Across the street is the Poppy Inn , with a restaurant for whole family or just adult dining looking out over Nantucket Sound, and the Famous Poppy Bar for the afterhours crowd.
All This and you're still in New Seabury. ! ! ! !
Down the Road:
a mere 3 miles away is Mashpee Commons! Offering everything from grocery stores (Super Stop & Shop or upscale Roche Bros), to Cape style shopping, (Gap, Banana Republic, Starbucks, CVS, Marshall's, etc) Also there's a 6 screen movie theater with current movies.
For those requiring the MALL experience, there's the CAPE COD MALL with all the Anchor stores you can stand (Macy's, Sears's, Best Buy, Borders) its a retailers heaven just 20 minutes away in Hyannis.
All around are restaurants from $ to $$$, with many public & private golf courses (10). or you can ferry off for the day to either Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket in less than 1 hour.
