Sweet & Petite 2br cottage in Victorian waterfront village called Onset. Walk to cafes, shops, restaurants, library, marinas. Kayak & fish right off the beach. Weekly concerts and movies at village bandstand. Ditch the car, and enjoy an old-fashioned cape vacation.
Sunny LR w skylights, french doors lead to deck w/gas grill, yard & path to beach. Galley kitchen. Full bath. Cable & DVDs provided.
Sleeping Layout: BR1-Full bed; BR2-twin trundle; LR has twin pullout couch (so 3 single beds, 1 full bed). Best for 4 but sleeps 5 - perfect for small families or 2 couples. Linens/towels provided.

It was our first visit to the Cape as a family (of 5) and this cottage was delightful - a short stroll to Onset Beach - no parking concerns or fees! Also within walking distance of Onset village which was very quaint. The cottage itself was well equipped and clean. Theresa was very helpful with ideas of things to do and it was a bargain for the area, too!

Very short walk to beaches (plural). I brought a canoe with rowing unit and could walk it down the street with a dolly to an almost deserted beach and launch the small craft with ease. The bay has few waves and a shallow swimming area, great for our pre-schooler and toddler. Bring a canoe or kayak and catch crabs with the kids on the small island in the bay at low tide. Food available at restaurant on beach. Walk and bicycle around town, no need to load kids into their car seats to get around Onset village. For a family with kids, this location is great. Cottage is small but quaint and ideally located. Owners are pleasant and helpful. We plan to return.

We spent a wonderful time in this little cottage! Everything was clean, nice and pretty. The porch is sunny and we have been on it literally all day long, starting with breakfast in the morning and ending with BBQ in the evening.The house is fully supplied (the only thing missing was a toaster) Theresa and Todd are great people, very helpful and nice. The location is a blast: to the beach it is less than a minute walk. The beach was never crowded and very clean also. Onset is a marvellous little town, very clean , with nice restaurants and shops. Great golf courses around.
We simply loved it hope to come back soon.

As advertised. Charming cottage, clean, private and safe. Fantastic location, don't need to deal with bridge traffic. Coffee shops and laundromat within walking distance. Walmart and large grocery store nearby.
