Large 5 bed, 3 bath Contemporary home with central A/C, overlooking cranberry bog and less than a 500 yard walk through a private neighborhood association path to a secluded part of Skaket Beach. Near the Cape Cod Bike Trail.

Enjoy plenty of living space inside and out! The house features a screened-in porch with comfortable seating and a deck with gas grill and outdoor dining. The interior offers 3 floors of beautiful rooms, including a modern kitchen, spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, and a cozy family room with TV (full cable package) and foosball table. Ideal property for a large family or group traveling together, and fully equipped with washer and dryer, outdoor shower and wifi.

The property and grounds are well-maintained, and the location is practically unbeatable! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe for children to ride bikes. The private portion of Skaket Beach you can access is never crowded and children will love running across the flats and building sandcastles in the soft, white sand. Also a great spot to enjoy sunsets over the bay!

We do take less than 7 day rentals outside of July and August but our preference is for full weeks Saturday to Saturday. We typically hold out for full weeks in June/Sept till about 45 days out. We will sometimes book weekends earlier for an increased rate. Feel free to reach out and we can discuss and see if there is a mutual fit!


Other Things to Note: Typically renters bring their own sheets, towels etc. That said, there are some great local companies we can refer you to that have rental linens available that can be delivered to the home for an additional fee.
