I just want to let you know how much we all enjoyed our week at your house. As good as it looked on your website, it was even more comfortable and commodious than we had imagined. There was gracious space for everyone and the toddlers were so delighted with the climbing structure and all the other opportunities for play. And, the rest of us were easily entertained by watching their good time. Easy access to the Cape's offerings invited good times - from sitting on the beach to enjoying the waves or exploring some of the towns or kiting in the wind - for the whole family.

Great home for a large group
Very comfortable, spacious home. We had four families, eight adults, four young children and never felt crowded. Good sized highly functional kitchen. Quiet, away from roads. Close enough to the beaches, stores, etc. Would definitely go back.

Everyone in the family can find something to enjoy
This house is stocked full of all kinds of things you wouldn't normally think of finding in a vacation rental. There is a chef's kitchen complete with blender, food processor, and Kitchen-Aide mixer. There are books, books, and more books for reading while you pass the time on one of the decks. There are more toys for kids than I think my daughter had when she was growing up. Need to relax after a long day of hiking, biking, or kayaking? There is the hot tub and a steam shower to chase the aches and pains away. For those of you who can't leave the office behind, there is the internet. In other words, this house has something for everyone.

Everyone in our family, aged 5 to 90, thought the house was wonderful: very clean & comfortable, with an extremely well equipped kitchen; the yard was lovely, the location was great (central to beaches and town). We filled all of the bedrooms and still were not bumping into each other- it was great to have three bathrooms plus the outdoor shower! We had a truly great vacation and family reunion there.
