Fabulous Loft Apartment Overlooking the Town Cove in Orleans

Linda's loft was the perfect location for a couple's Fall weekend getaway. I walked to shops and restaurants, including a market so I could stock the refrigerator. The view of the cove was beautiful—I must have taken a dozen photos of the view from the windows. The size of the studio is just right for a full kitchen, sitting area, and bed. I hesitate to tell you about it because I want it to be available to me for future bookings!

We have stayed at the Loft since 2020. We have stayed each year up until 2022. With our growing family we fear we may not be able to continue our stay here but none the less we wanted to share how much we LOVED staying here. It is truly a hidden gem in Orleans. The hosts are extremely accommodating. Perfect location for in town errands and SO close to the beach. We would recommend this location to anyone!

Our stay was outstanding! The property is beautiful and close to beaches restraunts and shopping. The Lloyd family was great to us helping any which way they could to make our trip outstanding. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to stay there again. Thank you Lloyd family!

I stayed here with a baby for a few nights while our larger extended family camped at Nickerson State Park the next town over. This was a last-minute booking for us (thankfully they had a cancellation) and was such a pleasant surprise! The owners are doing themselves a disservice by not posting a photo of sunrise over the bay; it was seriously one of the most gorgeous sunrises I've seen in New England, and I didn't even have to lift my head up off the pillow to see it. The only "downside" to this rental is the narrow spiral staircase (which they duly warned me about). It maximizes the floor space, but folks on the large side may find themselves in a tight squeeze. Otherwise this is the perfect little place to stay on the Lower Cape for a couple who are looking for affordable comfort. It has all the amenities you need to make your own meals, is within (short) walking distance to the Orleans Town Center including restaurants and bike rental shops and the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and short driving distance to the beaches on either side (Skaket on the bay or Nauset on the ocean side).
