This is a beautiful waterfront home in the exclusive neighborhood of Oyster Harbors. The home was listed in the July 2007 issue of Cape Cod Magazine as one of the top ten places to stay on the Cape. It has a deep water dock and offers a small hard bottom inflatable dinghy for the occupant's use. There is access to countless sandy beaches with dinghy. The occupants have the option to bring their own boat, with easy access to Nantucket Sound. This is a 3 bedroom with an optional 4th bedroom (upstairs sitting room can be turned into a full bedroom) Each bedroom has its own full bath with two additional 1/2 baths.
It is in the safe, quiet gated community of Oyster Harbors, 1 mile from Osterville center. There is easy access to many great restaurants and shops in town. ways on vacation.The house was finished in July 2005, and has all great new amenities and appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts granite counter tops and a viking stove. The house has a completely open floor plan, with the kitchen and great room being the majority of the first floor. The master bedroom is also on the 1st floor, along with an office/small den. There are two bedrooms upstairs with sitting room in between (which converts to optional 4th bedroom). There is dining outside with a screened in porch, and also a nice farmer's porch running the length of the house on the water side. Bright, airy, fun, and happy. A wonderful place to spend a vacation.
