Fantastic Property

Perfect home for a girls trip! Joanne and Gary were wonderful hosts. Having the beach pass was a big plus! Accommodations were very comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked. Thanks again, and hope to stay again in the future.

Family Vacation

Joanne and Gary have created a lovely vacation destinations in their charming home. There were four adults and two young children in our group and the size of the house was perfect for us. There are nice outdoor areas as well as enough indoor areas to spread out. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, which lent itself well to cooking some family meals. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, conveniently located to many area activities. This was our first visit to Cape Cod and we will return not only to the area, but to this well-maintained home.

Perfect Location!

We couldn't be happier with this property. It was comfortable for two small families. Location was perfect for visiting all over the Cape. We would definitely go back here again.

Beautiful yard, clean and comfortable home.

This immaculately, clean and comfortable home was the perfect spot for our family gathering. It was space for everyone. We especially enjoyed the lovely yard and garden with delightful visits from many birds, including hummingbirds.Both the house and yard provided a perfect vacation location for our family.

This is my fifth time renting this house in Osterville and I am always thankful I get to come back each year. Even my kids, who are now mostly in college, always ask us to rent "that house" again. It really is like a home away from home. The owners are terrific and the house is always, always immaculate upon arrival. Relaxation begins the minute you arrive. It has everything you need and more. The garden and patio area provide the perfect place to chill in the mornings and evenings. It's a great, quiet neighborhood which works for adults who want a quiet space or young children who want to ride their bikes in the neighborhood. Cannot say enough good things.

We stayed with our 24 year old son and his girlfriend. The minute you walk in this home, you feel relaxed, like you're visiting old friends. The large kitchen/eating area is great. The owners had left some coffee and cream there which we really appreciated. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need. The whole place was immaculately clean. Bathrooms were nice. Back garden was heavenly. Area is very convenient to everything on the Cape, nice to get away from the crowds at day's end. We had an absolutely fantastic week.

We stayed for a week at this beautiful home with our son and his family (2 young boys, 4 adults in our party). Loved all the extra space, both inside out. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck every evening, and our grandsons loved having a place to play outside. We went for a walk in neighborhood every morning, bought groceries at the nearby Trader Joe's and ate at some wonderful restaurants in the area. Gary and Joanne were wonderful hosts and made sure that we felt at home. Thanks for a great vacation!

We just spent our third year in a row for one week in this wonderful home. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and we arrive every year to a very clean welcoming property. They have thought of everything to make a week on Cape Cod a true pleasure. We were lucky again to have beautiful weather but if that was not the case, we would have been more than comfortable in this spacious, clean home. It continues to be our pleasure to stay at this house.

My family of 5 have rented here the past two summers. We stay for 2 weeks at a time and it's really like a home away from home. I am never ready to leave this house when my vacation ends. The house is pristine upon arrival. The kitchen is very well stocked and the house has plenty room for people to spread out and enjoy some quiet time. The outdoor patio area is a place I love to sit at early in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the birds coming into the garden. Hummingbirds and other fantastic birds are attracted to this well kept garden. If you like to walk, it's a nice trip up to the village and back - a quick drive to Dowse's Beach where kids can enjoy crabbing at the bridge or Craigville Beach where the waves are great. It is really a great getaway.

We have been in this house for one week in august and it was fantastic. The house is beautiful, the neighbourhood is so quiet. We have kids and we were at ease to let them play outside. Furthermore, there were beautiful birds in the garden.

The kitchen is fabulous. We have enough space for everybody (9 persons). The rooms are really confortable. And with the 2 bathrooms and the outside shower, it was perfect for a big family.

The homeowners were very nice. I recommend this rental.

This is the sweetest home we have rented thus far in our many visits to the Cape! The home and the setting is like walking into a faireytale. It is the first place we have rented where I did NOT have to do some cleaning prior to feeling like we could settle in for the week. Joanne had this home in pristine condition! It had everything we needed, including internet service. The home is beautifully furnished and the landscaping gorgeous! It is located in a lovely neighborhood which feels very private, yet central to great shopping, beaches and wonderful restaurants. My family and I were back there on family business this time and I can't wait to return for a vacation ,sans the "family business" part and enjoy this great home again! Joanne was very accomodating to our special needs during our time. The Cross family is very generous sharing their special home and I hope that everyone renting this home respects and enjoys it as we did so that we all can again the next time!

This is a wonderful house. The owners have thought of everything. They are great to deal with and their house feels like a home. Our family of five had plenty of space, loved the area beaches and hope to return. The house is SO clean and has everything you need!

We spent 2 weeks in July 2011 in this house and we LOVED it. It is a beautiful house, in a nice and very quiet street. Everything is very clean and made with love. We have 2 children and were very happy about different toys, a high chair and a swing in the garden. Also, we met the owners and they are very friendly and helpful at any time.

There were absolutely no complaints and we hope to come back soon.
