Welcome to Osterville! Home of beautiful beaches and harbors, incredible boating and wonderful shopping and dining.
Our home is a 3 bedroom two bath contemporary Cape. There is a fenced in back yard for kids and dogs with a deck and gas grill, a perfect spot to relax after a sunny day by the water. The family room has vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV, fireplace and awesome couches to relax in after a day in the sun. The master bedroom with queen size bed and renovated bathroom are on the main floor. An eat-in kitchen and laundry room complete the downstairs.
Two additional bedrooms and a newly renovated bath are upstairs. There is also a sitting room with fireplace between the two bedrooms that overlooks the family room. One bedroom has a set of bunks and the second has a queen bed. There is a bonus room in the basement with couches/tv and queen size bed.. perfect for the teens.
You are two miles from Dowses Beach, one mile from Joshua's Pond and three miles to Craigville ...

Beach. ...You are a short boat ride to Sampson's Island, a great and close boating destination for the locals. Bikes are in the garage and renters are welcome to use them to ride to the beach. Hyannis is a fifteen minute car ride away and there you will be able to catch the ferries to the Islands. The National Seashore beaches and bike trails are less then an hour away.
We are owners of two labs and welcome dogs for an additional $150.00/week cleaning fee pending owner approval.
The best part of our year is when we can drive over that bridge and head to Osterville. I know you will love it also.
