Gorgeous four bedroom Cape in private setting a short walk to Osterville village and less than a mile to Dowses Beach. Totally updated home with all amenities including wi-fi, wrap around mahogany deck and bright sunny screened porch for entertaining. Ideal location for kids, walk to playgound, tennis, town. Bike one mile to pristine private ocean beach ( Beach pass included) or marina and boat ramps.
First floor master suite has new queen bed and private bath. First floor guest bedroom has a new queen bed. Upstairs, there are two additional fully air-conditioned bedrooms, one with vaulted ceiling that sleeps 4, and the fourth bedroom with two twin beds. There are two full baths plus a private, outdoor hot shower - perfect for sandy toes!

We keep coming back to this house every year because it is perfect for the five of us. Totally relaxing and close to everything, the back deck and screened in porch are great for entertaining freinds and family. The seashell driveway reminds us of "Old Cape Cod".
