This was one of the best vacations we ever took as a family. The house was adorable, tasteful and clean. We wanted for nothing. Every detail was thought of, even a wagon to transport stuff to and from the car and a small cooler to use to pack lunch for the day.

The kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked 90 percent of meals in the house and had everything we needed to do so. There are plenty of seats to eat at, an island and a table inside and out. Grocery stores are a short drive, as are a few places we went to eat and have ice cream. We slept comfortably in the beds and had fans if we needed them. The living space to hang out in has plenty of space for us all to relax. There are two TVs with more channels than you will ever need, and also plenty of games and dvds. We did work on a puzzle as a family after a long day on the beach.

The beach is clean, dog friendly, spacious and beautiful. Lots of fun! Rocky, so bring water shoes and spend the day walking, exploring, swimming, and relaxing. We saw lots of adorable seagulls, crabs and fish. We made sure to explore low and high tide and see all the sunrises and sunsets. It was beautiful. There is a lazy river that flows into the ocean and to go out at night and hear the river flowing, the ocean roaring and the bugs chirping was so relaxing and peaceful. If you want to explore other local beaches, they are just a short drive, but you can easily just stay here the entire time!

We enjoyed every minute of our vacation at this beach cottage! Location and setting are perfect! This neat and clean cottage is decorated so nicely, the beds are super comfy, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The beach is just beautiful, quiet and clean. Heather handled our reservation in a polite and professional manner. We hope to come back again next summer! Thank you.

To say that we love this cottage is an understatement! This was our second year renting for 2 weeks in September and it is a perfect cottage, for a perfect vacation, in a perfect location. Front row to the inlet among a grouping of cottages, just open the door and your feet are in the sand of a beautiful, hidden gem of a beach where you can walk in both directions and enjoy the sun, sand, and the warmer waters of Cape Cod bay! We spent hours everyday on the sand and in the water, the colors of the sky as the sun sets at night are beautiful, and a short walk or ride to Manomet Point will yield breathtaking sunrises.

Heather, the owner, is friendly, warm, gracious, and responsive to any question or inquiry you may have. She has created a clean, tastefully decorated, and lovely little home away from home. This cottage has it all - AC, washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas grill, picnic table in the sand for outside dining. The kitchen is nicely appointed with everything one needs to cook up all your breakfasts, lunches, and dinners and the gas grill is conveniently located on the small deck right off the kitchen for outdoor grilling. The family room is comfy and large enough to accommodate everyone, and for additional entertainment options, there tons of movies, games, and fast wifi - which is a bonus. The beds are all comfortable, including the queen sleep sofa in the family room which we used for the first time this year. We wanted for nothing! Everything else is within a few mile radius - groceries, dining, shopping, fresh seafood. We hope to make many more memories here for years to come! show more show less

Love this cottage. It's our new summer getaway location.

We stayed at this quaint, comfortable cottage for one wonderful week. My husband played golf at the many courses in the area while my dog and I relaxed at the beach. This isn’t like any beach I have been to in Massachusetts. For one, it is private and my pup was welcomed and met many many furry friends. Off leash is well tolerated as long as your dog is well behaved.

The house is situated on white silky sand and is fronted by a very cool ‘lazy river’ that you can take your float down to the ocean. The end of the creek is a natural pool great for the little kids. The main beach is perfect for long walks. The house always has a nice breeze floating through it. It has many ceiling fans and also an air conditioning unit, which we didn’t need. The kitchen is well equipped, including individual heated butter dished for your lobster. Outside there are two picnic tables for eating, as well as a large table inside. We had so much fun on our White Horse Beach vacation that on the way home we called and booked this cottage for next year...can’t wait!!!

Great spot for week vacation. Beach literally right there and no crowds. Beautiful views in the evening. Can walk the beach in the morning in both directions and enjoy the sun. Comfortable house with kitchen and grill so you can prepare all your meals. Kids had a blast tubing down the creek that is right outside the door. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and there's even a fold out couch (which we didn't need). Really a perfect spot to relax and enjoy all the benefits of a beach front property. This was our first family vacation to the beach and by far the BEST! !! The house had everything that we needed including the most beautiful view. We will be booking again.

This adorable cottage that sits on the beach feels more like a home. So peaceful and calm. This home has everything -- steps to the water's edge, outdoor seating for lunches, and a full bath. It is a serene environment anyone would enjoy.
