A 1st floor full popup bed, a 4 posted queen bed and a single bed in a loft, sleeps 5. Enjoy the outdoors in a large private back yard, with barbecues, sunning, and play. 30 sec.from the cottage to a Private entry to a stairway
sitting high atop the Bluffs, which leads to the Private Association
Beach. Optionally, stroll about 4 minutes to the end of Provincetown View Rd to our 'Lookout Park,' and take an easy ramp walk to the Beach, or relax and watch the Beach/Ocean activities from the Bluff benches.

The Beautiful white sandy Manomet Beach and sandbars stretch more than 3 miles from Manomet Point to the Babbling Indian Brook emptying into the Ocean.

Take an unimpeded 6 mile walk or run along the shoreline, while
enjoying the ever-changing sea-breezes, wave symphonies, and remapping of the sandbar. Listen to and duck from the sandpipers and seagulls the farther you get from the beach accesses. If you are lucky, maybe you will see a dozen or so Right whales breaching off the shore.

    Cute little cottage with everything you need provided.
    Even the linens were provided. The cottage and property are quintessential NE seaside. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and close to stores and restaurants. The owners are gracious and helpful and eager to please. Will definitely be back next year.

    Walking distance to ocean beach, clean, and owners are friendly
    Joe and Frannie were great hosts, they met us when we arrived and showed us around and gave us a little history of the area. The cottage had everything that we needed and the washer and dryer came in handy A little bit of the hike down to the beach but had a ramp way as well as stairs . We enjoyed the area and the restaurants in the area of Plymouth.

    Clean quiet and satisfied with the overall experience.
    This cottage is charming with a loft and another bedroom on the first floor. The beds are comfortable and laid out well. The cottage is clean and welcoming with all the essentials available for your use. There are many windows to hear and see the ocean activity even though it is across the street. I even saw some seals! Another perk is that there is a private beach. The weather was perfect and quite unusual for this time of year. />
    The location is close to shopping and restaurants and only 40 minutes to both Boston and Woods Hole. I will return to this quiet, comfortable, and immaculate cottage and neighborhood. It is all that it is advertised to be. show more show less

    Cute, quaint, clean and close to the beach!
    The owners met us at the property and showed us around. The house was located one house away from the beach access. There were 98 stairs to the beach with landing areas with seats. The beach was picturesque and the water was clear. During low tide there was a wide sandy area, but the beach during low tide was rocky so bring water shoes. The storm early in the week may have churned up the seaweed and it was covering the beach and floating in the water.

    The house was beautiful but if it would have been very hot, I don't think the air conditioning would have been adequate but we had unseasonably cool weather, so no problem there. The shower doors were loose on the track but we made it work.

    The washer and dryer were an added bonus along with towels and linens that were provided!

    Peace and quiet

    My little spaniel, Sally, and I had a wonderful, peaceful week in this lovely cottage. Its elevation on the bluff made access to the beach a bit challenging but we traveled to several other beaches while here. The owners are friendly, available and accommodating. I would certainly recommend this rental.
