Enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed. Very clean and all new home. Owner is responsive and helpful. Stayed a week with plenty to do in the area. Situated on Cape Cod Bay.

We had the best family vacation. Everything was beyond our expectations. Stocked rental with lots of space. Fenced yard with Ocean views. Ocean views from most rooms in the house. Communication was terrific. Many activities in Plymouth for all ages. The dining options were spectacular too!

We did a getaway for 10 of us. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of room and squeaky clean. The house is new and so are the furnishings. Rain shower off the first floor bedroom is a must experience. So nice.

Recommended for groups of friends, large family's or you can stay on just the first floor with everything you need. Colleen is great to work with and quick on communication from start to finish.

This is our second time at this house and WOW! The owners have redone everything! All new appliances, Kitchen, Bathrooms, flooring and furnishings. The high end touches and cleanliness make this luxury rental, steps to private priscilla beach, the ultimate beachy getaway. The outside shower is huge and brand new too. The ocean views year round are spectacular. Everything you could think of is supplied and the beds are super comfy. This home is part of the Priscilla Beach Association where you can use the bball/pickleball/tennis court, hiking trails out behind the Association clubhouse and have access to an expansive private beach pretty much to yourself. The host is very responsive and has great feedback on area amenities.

This home is immaculately clean, thoroughly gone through and very well maintained. This beach house is steps to a private, expansive, sandy and uncrowded beach. The private beach is restricted to a small group of homeowners ( and those renting this home) which was ideal in the world of covid. The house is SOOO clean and the owner is very detail oriented making it a relaxing and worry free rental.

The home's furnishings are newer and the entire house has been newly painted. Comfortable beds, plenty of space and a fun beachy getaway vibe through out. There is a "bonus room" in the basement which was wonderful for card games and board games on the one rainy day we had. The central AC worked perfectly and made the house very comfortable on the 90+ degree days. The supplies provided were a bonus ( shampoo conditioner for the showers everything you need to start out). Linens are of great quality.

Bring along your favorite tunes and bathing suits you are bound to have a terrific vacation . experience here! Thanks Colleen and we will see you same time next year.

We truly enjoyed our stay at By the Seaside! Check in and out was a breeze, and Colleen was a joy to work with. The house was much more spacious than it appeared in the listing, which was really nice for our family. Everything was clean and in great condition. The beach is steps away, and is private and lovely. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy our vacation. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were soft and in like new condition. Lots of beach toys, etc., for the kids to play with. Plenty of room for us all. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautifully updated with large rooms and lots of thoughtful amenities! The backyard is private and very spacious with plenty of relaxing spots and long day at the beach a short walk. We had a great time and hope to visit again soon!

House is SUPER CLEAN! Highly recommend to those looking for a carefree beach house stay with family/friends.

The owner is great. The home is clean and amenities are terrific. Beds and linens are very very comfortable. We stayed for two weeks with a group of 8 people of all ages and all had a great time. Neighborhood is very safe and easy to walk around or to the beach. Beach is beautiful.

We had a great time here. The house has a large layout with cozy nooks throughout recommended for large and small groups alike. The location is wonderful and so close to a large private beach which is just stunning in grandeur at low tide!

We stayed at their other home across the street two years ago and both are just beautiful! Would recommend renting both for larger groups or family gatherings. The proximity is perfect, and for those of the older set in the family having their own space is very convenient. Both are well taken care of from the yards, exterior of the houses, equipment supplied and interiors of them with new additions and updates.

The home is very clean and all of the details were thought of for our time. We will most likely schedule our next summer's date in the next month. Exciting to know we have found our family vacation spot! Thanks, Colleen.

We stayed at this home over New Year's and it was perfect for our family! Beach is just steps from the house and was accessible for my mom who was in a wheel chair. We had LOTS of space!

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Relaxing showers. Nice floor plan for all ages and the kitchen/ house had everything we needed for a New Years gathering. We walked the beach on New Year's Day for over an hour and started the year off right! We would love to come back this summer. No worries here. Beyond expectations.

We loved our time in Priscilla Beach. Colleen's home is one of the best rentals we have experienced thus far ( we have rented 11 so far in our travels). LOTS of SPACE! Soooo CLEAN!

This beach house has been updated further and fully painted throughout. The pictures don't do it justice. White trim throughout adds to the beachy fun appeal of this home and makes it even more spacious looking. We are currently looking at booking options for Summer 2018.

We were blown away by how gorgeous the beach is, how easy and accessible the location/ property are and that we had never really heard of this private beach community before!

Enjoyable stay at "By the Seaside" during Thanksgiving. This home has great offerings of everything you need for a wonderful time.Plenty of space for family, friends and the dog. Quality linens/towels. Wireless internet and cable work very well. Warm and clean! Homeowner is very attentive and offers wonderful customer service.

I cannot say enough about how perfect this beach house was for our family. Its location is steps to a private, sandy, ocean beach. Very little neighborhood traffic and the house has terrific outdoor space. We LOVED the layout of this house as well as the beach chairs/toys/grille. We plan on booking for next summer when we get a family consensus on dates and absolutely recommend this home to others looking for a worry free rental. Colleen is very quick, thorough and professional to work with. Its Ideal that she is very detail oriented and takes great care of this home, interior/exterior.
