If you enjoy quiet, a lake to kayak, or fresh water fishing (big bass)or canal fishing (stripers) 2 minutes away, you will enjoy our home. Every time we arrive, we step out on the deck and enjoy looking out at the lake. We are less than 2 miles to beaches (several to choose from) and only 5 miles to Old Silver Beach. Kingman Marina and the world famous Chart Room Restaurant is only 1.5 miles away with many other fine restaurants in the area. There is also McDonalds and pizza houses for the kids close by.

We offer 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a modern kitchen on sparkling clean Picture Lake in Pocasset. Enjoy cooking on the grill or eating dinner on the deck with beautiful water views. Put your kayaks in right from your own yard. There is a sunroom and a screened area overlooking the water. It's a great neighborhood on a quiet street. Washer & dryer.

"We just returned from spending the Memorial Day weekend at this most comfortable, clean home. There is plenty of space for family time or for quiet moments. The deck is wonderful-private and peaceful. Though the home is in a quiet,residential neighborhood there is easy access to the main roads for further Cape Cod exploring!
