This gorgeous 3+ bedroom home with a large private sandy beach is located on Bassett's Island. Accessible only by boat (provided), it is directly on the water, with beach on all three sides - the entire peninsula is yours alone to enjoy! There is a large, landscaped yard with red cedars and views of the bay and ocean. Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the wraparound deck!
The bright and sunny house is beautifully designed and built by a local craftsman builder. There are water views from every room! It is filled with fine antiques, original art and oriental rugs. The clerestory living room is spacious and inviting. You'll have all the amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, a high end Weber gas grill, wood burning stove, satellite flat screen TV, DVD and loads of board games. Three sea kayaks, a Sunfish and other water toys are included. Play bocce, stick ball, croquet, or badminton in your spacious yard.

be familiar with small outboard engines. Two open flat bottomed Carolina Skiffs (12 foot and 14 foot) with 15 horsepower engines, shore dock with parking for multiple cars, and two island out-hauls included with rental.
All linen and towels are provided. The house will be cleaned, the yard, flower and herb gardens maintained and the beds made prior to your arrival. Well behaved pets will be considered for multi-week renters.
