Our group of friends returned to PTown after being away for several years. Lisa, our host, was so easy to work with and welcoming. She made the rental process a pleasure; maintaining excellent communication and even greeting us upon arrival. The house was ready an hour before expected and she quickly let us know. The home is gorgeous with a beautiful view of the water. It was peaceful and yet so close to everything! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the bedrooms were spacious, and we loved the high ceilings and open floor plan. Everything was clean as well. We would highly recommend this property!

Everything was just perfect. There was everything that you would need in the house and the view was beautiful. Effort free vacation!

The house is perfectly appointed. Everything you need to relax and enjoy the fabulous view. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms and three parking spots make it easy to accommodate separate couples/individuals/family and friends. Extremely easy access to the most lovely beach and a great walk into town with beautiful houses, ocean glimpses, historic landmarks, and galleries; convenient to shops and restaurants. We would stay again in a heart beat given the opportunity. Lisa was amazing to work with, showed us around, and was a great communicator our entire trip.

We just returned from celebrating our anniversary and enjoyed every bit of this wonderful, cozy and clean home! It is set in a very peaceful location on the east side of commercial street, with great access to the beach and the centre of town. The house has everything anybody needs, including beach chairs and an umbrella.

The bay views were quite breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset.
Lisa and Anthony were super amazing hosts and tended to any questions we had immediately. We were also accommodated with an earlier check-in time (we knew this was not guaranteed, but it just seemed to work out on that day, due to the previous guests checking out a bit earlier and we were very grateful, as we had a long drive in from Canada).

Without a doubt, we felt completely 'at home' in Provincetown and we will most certainly return!

This house is the quintessential Cape Cod home, with plenty of space, fabulous views, easy parking, and fantastic location. The owners have thoughtfully provided a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, towels, and linens. The house is well maintained and very clean. The location cannot be beat! Steps away from the beach and approximately one mile from the many great stores and restaurants of Ptown. It was a lovely walk into town so no need to look for parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week! The house is comfortable, artfully well-equipped, airy and spacious, with great ceiling fans (always happy for great ventilation these days!), and everything was meticulously clean on arrival. Very convenient to have a separate bathroom for each bedroom.

We loved being a short walk from town rather than right in the hubbub. My adult kids had to work for part of the week and the wifi and space worked well for that, too. The owners were very helpful answering questions and providing info about bike trails, etc.

First and foremost, our hosts were superb. Communicative and kind, they helped throughout the entire process!

The house is as described - a spotless oasis with lovely ocean views! Comfy beds and furniture and a great kitchen. Don't let the picture of the deck deceive you - it is ample and the view is excellent!

The nearly private beach is across the street, maybe a three minute walk…very convenient!

Lastly, the location is ideal - a four minute drive into the heart of Provincetown…and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle for a good night's sleep. A true 5 star experience!

Perfect rental property, fully equipped with everything you need. We were the 1st rental of the season, and had a small glitch in the hot water in one bathroom. Lisa was quick to get the plumber in to fix it, and checking that everything was to our liking. Walkable to town, so no need to find parking. 5-10 minutes to your choice of several ocean beaches. Or an easy bicycle ride to everything. My favorite was the bay directly across the street. Watch from the deck as it empties, then walk out where the water was to discover other habitats. My dog loved running and splashing in the tide pools.

Lisa's lovely home provided the base for one of our best ever summer holidays. Super spacious, beautifully kitted out rooms, very comfy beds, lovely raised, outdoor deck with sea views for sunset drinks or morning coffee for the early risers. Provincetown, as always, delivered in spades. A ton of fabulous eateries, drinking holes, breakfast joints, quirky shops, art galleries, stunning beaches galore, whale-watching, sand dune tour opportunities, and so much more. Thank you Lisa for being so attentive from our first contact to our final goodbye. We are all back in Blighty now with a severe case of the post-holiday blues!

A relaxing week in a lovely house

Four of us stayed in this great East End home for a week with our dogs. The house is very nice with great views of the bay just across Commercial Street. The dogs enjoyed a daily romp in the bay at low tide and access to the beach is steps away. The house is in a reltively quiet part of town but close enough to walk to the restaurants and shops which we did on a daily basis. Thw owners were staying in a house next door and were very accommodating with tips about restaurants and other tidbits of interest. I would recommend this house without reservation.

Great home. Lisa was very welcoming and we felt at home right away. The house is lovely and had everything we could possibly need for a week long vacation. The center of town is a leisurely 25 min walk and the beach is almost directly across the street. At low tide there are sand bars you can walk out on. We would happily book again.

We were more than pleased with this property. This house is conveniently located with the beach literally across the street and the center of town just a few minutes away. The house is well maintained and has everything you could need during your stay. Lisa was so amazing providing all the information we needed and answering any questions we had. The bedrooms were very large and very comfortable for our family. This was our first experience renting this house in Ptown and we definitely intend to be return guests. The house was gorgeous. Extremely clean and well kept. There were 3 couples and we all had plenty of private space with large bedrooms and own baths. Large dining table so that we all could sit and plenty of sitting space in the living room. Had a gorgeous water view from the deck and the area was nice and quiet. Plenty of room for parking 3 cars. We will definitely be back!

Quintessential Summer Getaway

My family stayed for a week. The property is a dream-- comfortable, well- stocked, clean and better (if possible!) than the pictures. The magical Provincetown Harbor is directly across the street, making quick trips to and from the beach (and sandbars) a breeze. The water view from the upper deck of the house is beautiful. Commercial Street shops, the East End, and restaurants are just a short walk away. It truly is prime location. Lisa is incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process, making it easy to take full advantage of P-Town and all it has to offer. Our only regret-- not staying longer! We have already booked again for next year.

We enjoyed our week at this property in June immensely, The communication with the owner leading up to the stay was very nice and we arrived and were not disappointed. The photos aptly portray the house which is beautiful. The clean aesthetic, the flow, views, cleanliness, kitchen, location, parking were all superb. A typical day involved getting up and making coffee, eating something from Bradford market, walking to town, eating brunch, walking up Commercial Street, heading back to the house, relaxing for a few hours, taking a stroll (with the dog) on the "private" beach and going back into town for raw happy hour at Aqua or the Red Inn, dinner before returning back to the house for a movie on cable with a snack and turning in - total relaxing. all I can say is: TWO weeks next year. Beauty and serenity abound -

We really enjoyed the location of this home, which was a very short walk to a perfect, quiet section of the Bay beach, had great water views, and was just outside of the "downtown" hustle and noise. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, stylish and cooled by the sea breeze. We barely used the air conditioning provided. Lisa was kind enough to allow us to bring our three small dogs, who LOVED the beach! Outdoor sitting areas (deck and lower level) were great. Parking for 2-3 cars was ample. We had absolutely no negative issues with this house or owner. One great incidental feature of this house was the Sunday to Sunday rental. There is MUCH less traffic getting to and leaving the Cape on Sundays!

I have been coming to the Provincetown area since I was a child. This year we spent 2 weeks in what proved to be the best rental ever! The house was easy to be in, whether it was just my husband and me or when the kids and grandkids were with us. My extended family was in the area and this house was the perfect spot for our group dinners. We loved the location, as everybody could come and go as they pleased without the necessity of a car. However, it is easy access to the highway when we did want to go out. Mostly, though, we just hung out, went to the beach, walked into town and had a very relaxing two weeks. And, of course, we ate lots of lobster!! Great house, great location and great owners to deal with!!

We have been coming to Provincetown from Pennsylvania ( a long ride) since 1973 with and without our kids (who now live in Maryland.) This was our first family vacation together in 18 years . We know the area quite well but never rented a house before. This place was perfect. It is located a 1.2 mile, 23 minute walk down Commercial St to the heart of town. My wife, who has knee problems , walked it several times. A shuttle bus to Mac Milan Wharf can be flagged down at the front walkway 15 minutes before and 15 past each hour if you don't want to walk. They return each half hour til midnight. The home was well done, clean and well equipped. Two nice sized bedrooms are on the first floor as one enters and one is on the second floor off the full kitchen , living room and dining room. The bay facing front deck provides a great ambiance to the entire house. Everything one needs is there including easy access to the washer/dryer at the end of the first floor hall.The house is pet friendly. The bay beach is across the street but is not accessible at high tide here, although one can walk a few hundred feet east to enter the bay then. The ocean , National seashore beaches are 7 minutes away via nearby Rt 6 and more are available farther south off 6. There is a bar at a hotel nearby if you need a night cap Since there were three couples , we oft split up during the days , hitting different beaches or the bike trails or the Monument but we were together each night for dinner and drinks downtown at our favorite haunts ( pricey but great cuisine) and drinks at various watering holes , some with bay views. There are plenty of things to do but , overall, I don't thing the town is for kids, although we've been taking ours there since they were 4 and 6 years old. If one has the time, going to the Mid and Upper Cape finds other treasures in Chatham, Brewster, Orleans, etc, although we couldn't fit them in this year ( the weather was incredible so we didn't want to miss out on the sun and surf) Lisa live on the other side of the Pond but she is available in a flash by email. A local property manger is in the backyard if there are any building problems (we had none) This place was a gem and we'd love to stay here again. We hope it won't take another 18 years to arrange everyone's schedules

Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation in this great home. The views across to the bay are breathtaking, and it's a very pleasant stroll into the heart of Ptown. The house itself is very bright and spacious with all the amenities and home comforts we desired. Nice soft towels and sheets! The kitchen was great for cooking in, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. Love the king sized beds!

All in all, this is a fantastic vacation home. You can't beat sitting out on the deck with a glass of wine watching a Provincetown sunset by the bay. Perfect!

Lisa, so glad we came across your house this summer. We have been holidaying in Ptown for many years but hadn’t found that mix of comfort, quality and location until we stayed in this house. The large terrace with stunning views, the spacious bedrooms (all with bathrooms), and the easy beach access make this property great value and somewhere we will have no hesitation returning to.
