Open the sliding doors of your bedroom and step onto the deck to rest and read - or take a few steps more directly onto the beach to swim or sun.

Two steps down from the bedroom is the living room, dining room and galley kitchen. Off that area is the bathroom with shower. You may begin to feel as if ...you have your own little houseboat!

Most importantly - there is a private parking space on Pearl Street a few blocks away!!
