West End Penthouse~Awesome Water Views/ Best Location

We stay in Provincetown every summer and this is our best find yet! What a treat to be in an elegant, open, beachy space with whimsical touches throughout. There's a panoramic view from the deck with plenty of space to enjoy everything but with minimal noise from Commercial Street which is just a block away. Restaurants, bars, shows and shopping are all a walk away. We rode our bikes to the beach and took our car at night for the sunsets. Anything you thought you needed Jack has taken care to provide. And, he offered advice on interesting things to do and places to eat/drink. It was a perfect location with a wonderful host and we will be back!!!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time in the West End Penthouse over 4th of July week. The condo accommodated us perfectly and allowed for separation as the bedrooms (and full bath) are downstairs and the common space (with 1/2 bath) is upstairs along with the spectacular deck. I was very happy to find that it was immaculate, very clean with all the amenities you might need for a stay e.g., cooking necessities, platters, quality glassware, linens, playing cards, beach chairs, etc. It is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. Conant st is centrally located in the West end and a bike shop for rentals is a 2 minute walk. You can park the car upon arrival and walk/bike to everything. Jack is a kind and attentive host who lives nearby and clearly cares about his property and his guests' comfort. We were thrilled with the rental and would definitely stay again. Thank you Jack!

Jack is OUTSTANDING …always available and attentive. The apartment is beautiful, incredible view and nicely maintained. The location is amazing as well - close to the beach, restaurants and Commercial St.
I look forward to returning, to rent the Penthouse or Unit #1 which was just being finished…it looks INCREDIBLE!

This is the best place in P-Town as far as I'm concerned. Where else do you have such views? Such amazing outdoor deck space - perfect for gathering for sunset cocktails before going out on the town. Convenient to everything, a half block to Commercial street. A half block from bike rentals and a great breakfast sandwich place. We loved it and had a wonderful time!

We enjoyed a week at this rental. Terrific location, ample parking, terrific accommodations. Jack is an attentive landlord yet appropriately absent to let you enjoy your vacation. The deck and view are gorgeous! We would definitely rent this property again (family of four - 2 adults and two teenage children). Great layout, clean and modern space. Very quiet and relaxing despite the perfect location that's close to all of the restaurants and shops.

The whole place was amazing and spotless! Our favorite was the deck on the third floor, the view was amazing... we enjoyed during the day and at night! I would highly recommend! Terrific weekend at Jack's place on Conant St. My friends and I wanted a fun, relaxing weekend away, and we got it at this terrific property - just one block up from Commercial St in P'town - steps away from great shopping, food and entertainment. Jack was so accommodating. He was there to greet us as we arrived with tips for stocking up on apps & drinks. We sat on the balcony for hours prior to heading out for dinner.
Just a great spot for a family or reunion. Very clean, and just beautiful views!

I will be back and will also recommend this place to family & friends.
