We loved sitting on the porch in the morning with our coffee and in the evening with a night cap.Your home was very nice and clean; we felt comfortable being there. We went for walks in the neighborhood after breakfast and people that we saw along the way were friendly. Very nice area with beautiful homes.

My husband and I stayed at the cottage for an extended stay. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very clean and well-stocked with household necessities. Screened in porch is wonderful. Short walk to Sagamore Beach and easy drive to restaurants, downtown Plymouth and other activities the area offers. Owner is very attentive and responds quickly. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful home, close to the beach and other Cape attractions.We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and the yard for the kids. A minimal walk to the private beach for both day time fun and evening walks. Owner is highly responsive and easy to plan with. Highly recommend this property!

We were somewhat familiar with the area but rented the cottage sight unseen, which is always unsettling. We found the very homey, cozy cottage to be very clean, from the pillows, to the blankets, to the appliances and awesome outside shower. My Mom loved the screened in porch with the wicker furniture as she was not able to go to the beach. We took a great boat ride up the Cape Cod Canal out of Onset; cottage close to shopping, restaurants, and a nice ride down to other parts of the Cape, and a great half hour walk to the Canal for walking and fishing as well. Beach was super and only a 5 minute walk. Owner was very responsive and entire transaction went smoothly. I highly recommend as it will not disappoint! show more show less

Although I've lived in Massachusetts my entire life, I have never spent time on the Cape. Now that I have a grandbaby, I thought I'd spend a week on the beach with her. I couldn't have picked a more picturesque New England beach cottage! It was everything I expected it to be. The location was perfect, not so far onto the Cape that you're in traffic and not too far away to take trips to some of the most popular sights on the Cape. And the beach...wow! Just a two minute walk from the cottage! A beautiful beach to walk in the mornings, and it was never crowded during the day either. One of my favorite things to do was to sit in the big screened in porch, drinking my coffee, feeling the beach breezes and listening to the birds. I would absolutely recommend this cottage to anyone thinking of spending time on the Cape! I hope to come back again next year! show more show less

We had a really great time at your house. We found everything we needed, and it was comfortable and clean. At the beach behind the house, the water was not too cold so we had fun swimming there. We went to Provincetown (just 1 hour away from the house) and we visited 6 other beaches on Cape Cod. We loved the outside shower and the quiet area. Thank you so much.

My wife and I have been going to Cape Cod for 40 years. We decided to rent this cottage for two weeks in July. The cotttage was amazing. The perfect location to the beach, stocked with any item you may need to relax and enjoy your vacation. Now that I am back at work, I find myself thinking about the nights sitting in the screened back porch. Plenty of room for our family of four. Clean and organized. Highly recommended.

Every summer growing up, my Grandmother would rent a cottage for two weeks on Phillips Road during our vacation.After my Grandmother passed away, the family stopped vacationing on the Cape. As an adult I had been wanting to vacation on the Cape for many years. Last year we found this cottage due to its location and wonderful pictures on the website. From the first contact I had with the owner, it was a wonderful experience. He was very friendly, responded quickly to questions and also provided a packet of information on the Sagamore area.

The cottage was perfect for my boyfriend and I . Upon arrival, we found the cottage to be very clean and exactly what we were expecting from the photos online. The cottage has everything from an outdoor shower (which I loved) , a beautiful screened in porch, gas grill, internet access, large screen t.v, washer and dryer. The kitchen has all the amenities one could need. The cottage has a very warm, comfortable environment. It's a perfect walk to the beach thru a very pretty neighborhood. We often met neighbors on our way to or from the beach who were very friendly and full of knowledge and recommendations as far as local restaurants, shopping, etc.

We were extremely happy with the cottage itself and the weather was perfect the entire week. It was everything we were expecting and more. We had decided prior to leaving that we would be back to stay the following year. We could not have been happier with the cottage and would highly recommend it! show more show less

This house was everything we could have asked for. It was so comfy and cozy we felt right at home. We chose this place because it looked inviting, clean, was close to the beach and the price was right. The area was very peaceful and the people very friendly. We were there with kids ranging from 12-22 and all had a good time. The house had everything........from kitchen conveniences, washer/dryer, to wireless internet and a large flatscreen tv. We all loved the outdoor shower......even in the rain!! The owner was so friendly and helpful.......and willing to work with our crazy schedule where he could. He also gave us a great packet of info on the house as well as area restaurant and hotspot recommendations. If only he could have sent us a little more sunshine ;) The location was perfect for biking/walking/running too ......Phillips Rd was a nice level road that leads you to the public beach where there is a great scenic, paved recreation/bike path that goes for 7 miles along the side of the canal. Would highly recommend this house.......from beginning to end, everyone had a great time! show more show less

We are a family of 4 with a 15 year old daughter and a 13 year old son. We chose this rental because it is within walking distance to our friend's beachfront home. From the first contact I had with the owner, it was a pleasant experience. He responded quickly to any questions that I had and even provided a very useful information packet about the Sagamore area, including wonderful restaurants and where to purchase anything we might need for the week. The cottage is older, but has been updated with new linens, refrig and microwave. Our family found it very clean. We had full internet access and a nice new entertainment system including a large new TV. There is a large furnished screened in porch and we had access to a gas grill. A favorite of our family was the new outdoor shower that we all enjoyed! The overall feeling of the cottage was light, clean and comfortable. Another nice perk were the bikes and beach chairs in the basement that we could use. The neighborhood is lovely with beautiful well-kept yards and flowers. We have rented many different homes and condos over the years, but this one made us feel like we were guests in a friend's home. There were plenty of towels, dishcloths and beach towels. The renters were generous with the supply of paper goods and dish soap. I would highly recommend this rental to couples or families of four. show more show less
