Off-season rental is possible from October through May at variable rates (with higher rates for major holidays and a discount for long-term contracts).
Two bedrooms and one bathroom with stall shower are on the ground floor, but one would have to go up stairs or along an outside path to the first floor kitchen, dining room and living rooms.

The house stretches about 100 feet along the top of the dune, with water views from large 5' or 6' windows/sliders in every room. Two separate three-story sections on each end have separate stairways for maximum privacy for large families.
This is an amazing house on a glorious spot. We had such a great family vacation
there this past July. The newly remodeled kitchen with skylights and a dramatic view of the Bay is a delight. There are two living rooms--one with a TV that our kids monopolized, another a more formal room that the adults took over. Perfect for several families to share. Hope to stay again sometime soon. Would recommend it to
anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.
