The highest elevation for miles which means amazing views. You can throw a stone into the ocean from a large wrap around deck with private staircase to the beach that allows for unlimited access and views of Cape Cod Bay. Grill, cocktail, eat or just sit and be amazed by the best views on the Cape guaranteed. Go to sleep and wake up listening to the ocean. The house does not have air conditioning because you will never need it with the constant ocean breeze through every window of the house.
Ten miles from both Wellfleet and Provincetown and one mile from the ‘ocean-side’ beaches and a 9 hole public golf course. Fishing from the beach is great for stripers and blues from May-October. Very easy access to the boat launch at Pamet River if you have a boat or kayak.
Wireless internet allows you to keep in touch with the real world from the beach if you have to, and a 46inch LCD TV to watch the news or sports of the day that you missed while sitting on the beach.

Our house was built in the late 50's without much thought given to access for people with such needs.

se is very amenable to families and children. It has carpeted floors upstairs which are kid-friendly and provide good sound reduction for the basement living areas. There is one pack and play located at the house. The deck is very child safe with two locking gates that make it entirely self contained. The basement was 'finished' several years ago with white tile floors throughout two adult bedrooms, a kids bunk room and one more full bathroom.
Although the house sleeps up to 14 in beds, we prefer 6-8 adults with or without kids as to avoid maxing the septic system, but we will work with you.
