This unique 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath contemporary home was designed by architect Paul Krueger and built in 1997 by Eric Winslow. It is located on 2 acres of private wooded hillside near Old Kings Highway on the ocean side of Truro, steps from the National Seashore. Truro’s Long Nook Beach is only a 1.9 mile drive. This beautiful 3200 sq ft. multi level home comfortably sleeps 10 and is conveniently located between Provincetown and Wellfleet, offering easy access to restaurants, dune tours, whale watches, galleries, charter fishing and Highland Golf Course.
The house has a beautifully landscaped yard with a large heated in-ground pool. It is surrounded by mahogany decks, and has an open floor plan with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, modern kitchen, and a screened porch.
The main floor overlooks a beautiful wooded valley and has a lovely open modern kitchen, with beautifully furnished dining and living areas. (See Further Description below)

A comfortably furnished screened porch, a half bath, and a spacious master bedroom suite are also on this level. The master bedroom suite has a queen bed and a private bathroom with whirlpool tub and glass shower.
The lower level is open to the view of the woods and has another long wrap-around deck. It has a large family room with TV, VCR, DVD and cable and is surrounded by 3 additional bedrooms. On one side of the family room are two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and next to it, a children’s bedroom with a trundle bed-(2 twin beds) and a bunk bed-(twin upper and Queen futon lower). These two rooms share a bath with double sinks and a full bathtub/shower. On the other side of the family room is a bedroom suite with queen bed and a private bath with a shower. The house will sleep a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children. Children must be able to swim. Please, no toddlers.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer, microwave, coffee maker, BBQ gas grill and high speed internet access.
