This was our first time staying at this gorgeous property and we will definitely be back again! The house was adorable and had everything we needed and more. It was quiet and cozy. The beach was a short walk and absolutely beautiful. I look forward to staying here again and highly recommend it!

We've stayed at this lovely cottage several times now and we love it. The house is cute and cozy, very comfortable, and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you need, there is a fenced yard for dogs, and the fireplace is perfect for a cold evening. It's well situated, just a minute or two walk to the beach and a quick 5-10 minute drive to Provincetown. The property is quite large and the house is tucked down a bit and surrounded by shrubbery, so you don't really see the neighbors. It's a really beautiful, natural setting and very quiet when we go in the off-season. We think it is paradise and can't wait to go back! show more show less

Such a beautiful and tranquil private setting and neighborhood a couple minute walk to the beach. Our family made themselves at home right away here. We spent time grilling, playing lawn games in the back field, showered outdoors, and enjoyed meals in the screened in porch enjoying the twinkling lights of Provincetown from the dinner table. The only thing we heard was an occasional breeze. Beautiful view of the water and Provincetown from the master bedroom, the living room and the property. The house is spacious and accommodating. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. Minutes to the local vineyard for tastings, and an enjoyable short scenic ride into Provincetown. Convenient to nice package store! Neatly tucked away, virtually hidden, we felt as though we were on an island. No doubt we will be here again in 2015. Highly recommend. show more show less

Of all the places we have gone on vacation, my kids declare that the week we spent here was the best vacation of all. It was our most relaxing and fun-filled week that we have had as a family. The house is not only comfortable and welcoming, but the location cannot be beat. It took us a few minutes to walk to the bay side and less than five minutes to reach the ocean side by car. The house provided quiet and seclusion with ocean breezes, a large screened in porch and a private back yard with a hammock. We also spent time in Provincetown and visited many great seafood restaurants which were all only a short drive away. We were able to have privacy and relaxation when we wanted but also eat out, go sightseeing and shopping when we felt like it. My family and I would highly recommend this property for your next Cape vacation! show more show less
