My family of 5 (kids 10, 6, and 4) had a great time on the Cape and found Scott and Kathy's rental to be just what we were looking for. It was centrally located whether we where whale-watching from Provincetown or checking out the surf at Coast Guard Beach. The kids absolutely loved having the pool available while the adults made dinner or planned the next excursion. Scott and Kathy were very easy to work with, and I would highly recommend their rental!"

"My husband and I have just spent 6 wonderful days and nights in this super house. It has all mod cons and more - everything to make a holiday enjoyable, from interesting reading material to board games to advice on where to go/what to do/where to eat on the Cape. We loved the location - 5 minutes walk from the beach - and what a super beach! We had spent the previous two weeks travelling around Virginia and visiting Washington. We spent three nights in Boston and then headed out to Truro on the Cape and we really chilled out there. The weather obliged too which helped. We loved the peace and quiet of this house; the furniture, decor and beds combined to create a lovely ambience which we loved returning to after a day sightseeing on the Cape."

"The rental more than met our expectations. This is a comfortable, luxury house in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity to the beach. Modern, open concept with all the amenities, and plenty of room for everyone. The master suite was great, secluded from the rest of the house. The suite also has a slider out to a deck overlooking the pool and surrounding water views. Very well maintained pool with lights for swims on those hot, summer nights. The nearby beach is never crowded, nice for long walks and views of Provincetown. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. Book early though as they fill up quickly for the season! We found the homeowners to be responsive to all of our inquiries, before, during and after our visit."

The information book provided by the Comstocks was chuck-full of great ideas for dining and area attractions and proved very helpful guiding us about the area. "Magnificent views abound at this home set on a hill in this lovely neighborhood of Truro. Located on a quiet road, it is only a short stroll to a beach that is not overpopulated. Being so close to the water you are always aware of its sound, smell and breezes. The owners think of everything to make your stay enjoyable from a well-equipped kitchen to loads of games, paperbacks, videos, and local information. The dining/living room has cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans that give the house its light, airy, open relaxed feel. Furnished with comfortable sofa and chairs, enjoy access to high speed internet, and cable TV. The hidden built-in pool, surrounded by a wooden fence and shrubs, and main large deck with gas grill, is where you will spend lots of leisurely time. The short distance to Provincetown is perfect for venturing out to other activities like shopping, whale watching, deep sea fishing. Plus dining choices are extremely varied. Kathy and Scott, the owners, are fabulous to deal with. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a passion for the beach, wants to explore, or just relax. The worst part of the vacation was leaving this great spot! Can't wait to go back again! Laura"

My Husband and I have rented this home for the last 7 years. We have rented many homes on the Cape but this one is special and keeps us coming back year after year. It's very child friendly with a huge fenced in yard for our 2 yr. old to roam, a great deck with latched gates down to a private awesome in ground pool. It has a great open concept living area with lots of windows and sliders, that makes you feel like your always outside. This home really is a vacation in it's self. You can't feel guilty for spending the afternoon floating in pool thinking of nothing. What more could you ask for on vacation? What I love best about this home is, Kathy and Scott (the owners) go out of their way to make sure their home is your home for one wonderful, relaxing vacation. What more could you ask for on your Cape vacation?

"My family and I have rented this house for years now, and keep coming back year after year (and we live in Germany!). Kathy and Scott keep the place with the devotion of people who love to spend time at their own property. The location is perfect, with quick access to Wellfleet, Truro Center and Provincetown. We practically think of it as a second abode, and immediately feel right at home the moment we arrive. The house is easy to maintain, and Kathy and Scott have a well-kept list of help that really comes if something goes wrong--usually only caused by occasional severe weather, as the house itself is well-maintained. We consider ourselves lucky to have found this house, and one bonus no one will tell you about is the daily free sunset over the water, a three minute walk from the front door. That alone is worth the trip."
