Comfortable, private, contemporary home with beautiful view of bay and marsh on 2 acres of hilly land viewing mostly undeveloped National Seashore Park. Decks, picture windows and sliding glass doors surround half the house to maximize view and outdoor pleasures. Easy walk to never-crowded Ryder Beach on Cape Cod Bay or 4-mile drive to ocean bathing at Ballston Beach. Large master bedroom has superb view on upper level. Large playroom on lower level, ideal for television/video viewing and game playing apart from upstairs living area. Well-equipped kitchen with swivel chairs at large eating & food-preparation counter with new countertop stove. Dining area with large table comfortably seats six or seven. Barbeque grill on back deck. New enclosed outdoor shower. Our rates are lower than comparable rentals in the area because we are a one-family accommodation (maximum 6 people.)
