A quaint little cottage, with great views of sunsets, on a pretty bay right outside the back doors. We had a lovely stay and Sharon and Matt went out of their way to make our stay perfect, free wifi., Roku, kayaks for the bay and mere steps from the water. We had quiet nights and sunny BBQ days[only Monday did it rain and it was alright as we were just settling in and loved to watch the storm roll across the bay].. after 48 months of chemotherapy with our little girl [very very tough months] this cottage was a great retreat for the week.. thanks for everything folks!!

"We threw a small private party here for my 30th birthday, and had an excellent time kayaking, cooking on the grill, and sitting around the campfire. The cottage is nice and modern, and perfectly sized for our 8 person group. Sharon's hospitality is second to none, and went a long way toward making our stay a comfortable one. We would definitely come again, hopefully for longer than a weekend next time!"
Scott M from Somerville , MA, who vacationed in May 2011.
"What a cozy and charming rental cottage. From the basket of goodies that awaited us upon arrival to the decor to the views. Everything was amazing. The cottage was stocked with all of the necessary supplies for our family. We spent an amazing 4 days here and loved every minute of it. We went on many adventures while we were here, seeing the local attractions, spent time playing basketball and biking, going out on the kayaks and gave fishing a try. Even though we came off-season there was plenty to do and found ourselves finding time to enjoy the quiet (even with our 3 sons). The boys are already planning a return visit. The owners do a great job, maintaining and stocking the cottage and they were very pleasant to work with. They made you feel like this was your home!"

"We really had a great time there. Even if summer was over, the beauty of autumm was worth a trip in October. To sit in the rocking chair and see the colourful leaves was an amazing experience. My family and me enjoyed a calm and not so overcrowded place for a perfect holiday. Thank you very much, Sharon." Wolfram / Virginia

"This cottage was all that we wanted and more! It is a great place to stay if you have kids and even if you don't. There is a basement that the kids got to play in and gave the adults space of our own which was really nice. The place was clean and what we expected. Sharon was great to work with and addressed any of our questions promptly. The marsh is muddy, but that did not stop the kids from exploring and they had a total blast catching crabs and then letting them go - we believe in catch and release. The adults enjoyed the wireless and was a necessity since I needed it for school. We would definitely rent this one again and recommend it. Thanks Sharon - Regards, Wendy"

"Matt and Sharon did their utmost to ensure that our vacation was a good one. They are very caring and considerate; two of the nicest people you could ever want to meet. The cottage was immaculate, and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, bakeware, pans, dishwasher and more. The area was quiet, the view was beautiful and the neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed watching swans glide by on the cove throughout the day. This was also a perfect place to kayak and explore the waterfront up close. This location is great if you want to stay in a peaceful place with easy access to Cape Cod and a charm all its own. There are some good local restaurants nearby as well. "
Susan H from Rochester, MA, who vacationed in June 2010.
"We recently returned home from spending a wonderful week in your great cottage. When we first walked in we were impressed with how clean and bright it was! We loved the open style of it along with the great enclosed porch that opened on to the deck. We spent every morning drinking our coffee on the deck and watching the swans swim in the water. It was very peaceful and pleasant. We appreciated all the amenities that you provided that you don't normally find in other vacation rentals. We spent a wonderful, relaxing week at your cottage and would love to return again. Thanks again for providing such a great cottage to vacation in."
Linda D from Pittsford, New York, who vacationed in August 2009.
"This was a delightful rental - the pictures in the listing are accurate and all is nicely done, and dealing with the owners was great - no problems at all. Very pleasant to sit outside in the morning and comfortable to settle back in after a busy day (we were sailing). I would rent this place again and recommend it - my family of four would fit in it just fine. (I was part of a group of four sailors & we fit fine.) Great parking."
Gene F from Ellicott City, MD, US, who vacationed in August 2008.
"Our family of 4 stayed in this quaint cottage...and we found it to be very homey, clean and comfortable. The home is set on a very quiet street and the short walk to the beach was just far enough for our 4 year old to be able to pedal her bike there without much effort. We enjoyed the bay view and we spent most of our time in the sunroom overlooking the water. The owners supplied everything we needed for a campfire and S'mores. We would love to come back someday!"
Gloria S from Pelham, NH, who vacationed in August 2008.
"Lovely cottage with beautiful view! We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay at your cottage! Everything was clean and ready for our arrival and the cottage is very well maintained! The beach is quite marshy, so water shoes would be recommended. Would highly recommend using the kayaks...its a perfect location for this! We would definitely return if we're in this area in the future! The homeowners are Fantastic!! Thanks Sharon & Matt!"
Nicole B from Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, who vacationed in August 2008.
"We were very pleased with our rental experience. The home was very clean and the view out the back is beautiful. Swifts Beach is right down the road, or you can drive a few miles to Onset Beach. The homeowners (Matt & Sharon) are very nice and we felt welcomed in their home."
Scott R from Waltham, Mass, America, who vacationed in July 2008.
