This special oceanfront home has the best that the Cape area has to offer: no bridge hassle, steps to magnificent sandy beach with warm, calm ocean water, refreshing breezes, spectacular unobstructed views of sailboats cruising Buzzard’s Bay and Cape Cod Canal, gorgeous sunsets and brilliant stargazing. The airy house has a beautiful great room with sliding doors to a sunny wrap around deck with BBQ, table, chairs, and lounge chairs overlooking the beach and ocean, 3 cozy bedrooms (sleeps 6 comfortably in one queen bed and 4 twin beds), two full baths (one located off private master bedroom, spacious, fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor private shower with hot and cold water. Beach volleyball court, kids' (both young and old) playground and boat/jet ski launching ramp nearby. Wonderful area for walking, jogging, kite-flying and biking.

If the week you are interested in is available we will hold it for you upon receipt of a $250 deposit. Once the deposit is received I will send you two copies of our standard lease with additional details. You will need to execute and return one copy of the lease along with a check for $750 within one week thereafter. The balance, plus a $250 security deposit is due by May 15th.
