Located on thirty acres of privately owned land shared with a family house and immediately adjacent to 300 plus acres of the newly created Great Neck Wildlife Sanctuary, this charming cottage fronts directly on Buzzard's Bay.
The cottage and a large sloping lawn are situated on a bluff featuring spectacular views looking south across the expanse of the Bay toward the Elizabeth Islands. To the east is the entrance to the Cape Cod Canal with its interesting array of ship traffic while to the west, beautiful summer sunsets appear over Marion. The property includes its own private beach protected by a breakwater that is home to a variety of fish just waiting to be caught.
The cottage is newly renovated, fully furnished with a modern kitchen, bathroom, large deck facing the water and outdoor shower. There is a cathedral ceiling central living area and two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed with water views and the other with two twin beds.
