Located at the top of a private drive, this is a 3 bedroom cottage. This cottage boasts a large bedroom (queen bed), a half bathroom, with a deck and slider, a sitting room and television on the second floor. This bedroom has a deck with views of the bay through the trees. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, one has a queen bed and the second one has two single beds. All three bedrooms have ample storage and closet space. The first floor offers a small living room and kitchen dining area, with direct access to the deck and another outdoor seating space. The bathroom is on the first floor. It has a shower combination. Outside, there is an outdoor shower, as well as a washer in a separate shed behind the cottage. This cottage has a lovely yard for your pets to roam in. You may stroll down the lane to the quiet Bayside Beach. Our location is easily accessible to many swimming, walking, biking, kayaking, [all just just out the door] fishing, sailing, tennis or golf [down the street one quarter of a mile] opportunities. The upstairs deck is great for sunbathing, and the downstairs deck is perfect for reading or relaxing.

    Lovely secluded cottage on top of a hill facing the bay! We really enjoyed the upper decks with view of the bay and a master bedroom. The privacy was wonderful. The outdoor shower, shady yard with hammock and walking distance to beach and town were terrific amenities.

    Hello! We love Wellfleet and our family has been here for three generations. At one point, there were over 18 cousins in the Currier Compound. Originally from Boston, we now travel from over 500 miles away to be here. The family has grown-so cousins, Aunts and Uncles gather over lobster and grilled oysters. We are avid sailors, love to play tennis or golf at CYCC which is just down the street!
    This is a fabulous gallery town, with tons of local restaurants, fresh seafood, kettle ponds, kayaking, and beautiful National Seashore. Our properties are tailored for your enjoyment with all amenities you may need and we are happy to give you sailing lessons or local insight for secluded beaches. We know (or have worked at) the BEST restaurants and our cousin can sell you some fresh oysters.
    No matter your preference- reading a book on the deck, surfing at any of the 7 ocean beaches or evening walks on the beach on the property- we are excited for you to be here.

    What is special about this property?
    All of our properties are on the beach- either down the stairs or cross the street. Super convenient- you cant get any better. If you choose to stay home while others go to the beach, you can stare across Cape Cod Bay from the deck on the property. All the properties have an outdoor shower (which is lovely when the moon is full), plenty of parking, dishes, utensils, big bowls for delicious salad, lobster crackers, lots of glasses, outdoor grill, a large stove and air conditioning upon request. Some times in the fall it gets cold so we offer a fire place (in all but one property) with lots of pillows and blankets. (Linens and towels available upon request).

    If you would like to rent a kayak or sail boat let us know- we could even provide lessons!

    What is special about your town?
    Wellfleet is known as the gallery town, but is truly best known for the Wellfleet Oysters. It has fresh water kettle ponds, vast ocean beaches, bay swimming, sailing, kayaking as well as a local golf course and tennis court within walking distance!
