My college roommate and I have spent decades selecting wonderful places throughout New England (Maine, VT, MA, RI, as well as Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard for our annual vacation together. Seven or so so years ago our search ended. We feel so grateful to have found the perfect house in the perfect location. The house is situated beautifully with unparalleled view of the ever-changing bay. The house is always immaculate and so comfortably and thoughtfully laid out. Should we forget the WiFi password or the combination for the front door (which we have done) the owner is immediately responsive to our call. Each year as we drive away we are already counting the days until we can come back.

My family continues to be moved by the views and beautiful sunsets we're able to appreciate here. The house is comfortable, the beach and many decks provide opportunity to relax, read, play games and enjoy this very special Indian Neck location.

Our family found this cottage, located in the very attractive area of Indian Neck, Wellfleet, to be a wonderful place to vacation. The location is marvelous, with easy water access. The path down to the sandy private beach is very convenient, offering three different places to sit along the way to the deck, which reaches out into the water when there is a high tide. There are also lovely public beaches nearby. The house itself is charmingly
decorated and comfortable. The views from the living area and the lovely master bedroom upstairs (which has its own deck) are fantastic. The kitchen works well, providing enough space for a few "chefs" to work simultaneously. If you want to stop slaving over a hot stove, the town of Wellfleet is delightful and boasts some fine restaurants.

We had another great stay - we enjoy this house a lot! Walking the beach at low tide is a particular joy. Everything on the property worked well.

We stayed in this house in April. The house was perfect! It is right on the water and even on bad days weather wise, you could sit inside and watch the bay. We enjoyed taking walks and reading on one of the many decks. It was so relaxing. We will be back!

What a wonderful place to vacation! The views from all the decks are spectacular and the kitchen, dining and living room are comfortable space that worked well for dining, family games and just relaxing. We spent most of our time on the beach, and being able to go from beach to house so easily was a big bonus, especially for the kids.. We hope to return next summer.

The location of the house allows you a relaxing vacation with all that you need in your backyard. The deck allows you to enjoys meals with better views than any restaurant. Your own beach front takes all hassles away from packing for beach day. If one chooses to leave bay side the ocean side beaches are very close. We just love this place.

Our family had a great time staying here. The house was exactly as advertised, and the view is incredible. It met all of our needs and is a great place to stay in Wellfleet.

One cannot find a more perfect setting for a Wellfleet vacation. The large picture windows looking out to the harbor offer a 24/7 beautiful scene. We sat many nights on the deck watching the beautiful sunset. The ease of walking to our beach in the front yard is perfect. We love it!

It is a fantastic home overlooking the Bay. The decks for enjoying the sunset and eating Oceanside were a great benefit. The home s amenities met all our needs.

My family and I loved this place, the views from inside and outside the home are breathtaking. A true oceanfront home. We enjoyed watching the sunsets every night right from the decks.

The inside was very spacious and even a little bedroom off the twin bedroom upstairs which has a twin cot in it was bigger than the expected.

The only cons I would say would be to bring fans, there is no A/C and cottage had only one working window fan. The upstairs bedrooms do have ceiling fans but we were still hot in there.

Living room seating could use updating but other than that the home was very nice, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting this home again next year.

We rented this home for our annual Memorial Day Weekend trip and we are nothing but happy about our visit. The home is beautiful and well kept. The pictures on the website capture the layout of the house rather nicely but we found that you cannot express in pictures all the wonderful nuances that exist both inside and outside. The views are just spectacular. Walking in for the first time and seeing the view of the ocean beyond the windows is very special. The ability to swim right from the dock or walk the beach were a big hit for us. We watched amazing sunsets each night from the beautiful decks (so many!). We enjoyed cooking in a comfortable kitchen, sleeping and living in comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms and furnishings. And our hosts were very easy to communicate with and accommodating. We loved it and will be back for many more visits!

This home was beautiful and accommodating in every way! The location is just remarkable. The beach is beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed sunbathing and reading books on the beach. The house is great - very spacious and nicely decorated. We loved eating dinner on the deck and watching the sunsets. It was our first time renting a home right on the water and it was definitely worth it.

This home is beautiful and charming. Upon arrival, I realized the home looked exactly like the photos. The home was spacious and pleasant with lots of windows. The beach is right there and when the tide is in it feels like you are on a cruise ship on top of the water. The house had many useful amenities including a washer/dryer and gas grill. The weather wasn't perfect while we were there but the location was so beautiful it didn't matter. This part of the cape is very low key. I would recommend renting in Wellfleet if you want to get the rustic Cape experience. I enjoyed being away from it all but being only 20 minutes from Provincetown at the same time. Also of note, the owner was very prompt in responding to all of my inquiries. I really appreciated this. I will definitely try to rent from him again!
